I recently sold a flat using Yates Hellier. From the initial evaluation through to the acceptance of the offer, we were given great (and realistic) advice. The online portal for tracking viewings and offers was helpful and easy to use and they set up a WhatsApp group so we were kept up to date throughout. Ross and Natalie were lovely and made you feel like their only client! The flat was sold within 4 days with an offer we were more than happy with, and Yates Hellier played a big part in this so I can't recommend highly enough!

Incredible service from Ross, Natalie and the team. From beginning to end everything was extremely professional and Ross went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced with other agents before. I chose to sell my flat through Yates Hellier and I was extremely impressed with Ross Yates and his experience in the market and local knowledge. I had a few estate agents attend prior to deciding who to go with and Ross put me under no pressure at all to go with them. He took control and managed the whole process. Ross and Natalie kept me upto date regularly on the progress and created a whatsapp group chat so we were able to chat freely if needed and they were always on hand. Ross carried out all the viewings for me and the following day provided me with feedback. When the flat went to closing date he explained all of this to me as i had never sold before so didnt know the process or what to expect. Yates Hellier were recommended to us by word of mouth via a friend of a friend who had sold through them in Hyndland. Ross came out to view our 2 bed flat in Kelvinside, where his attention to detail and knowledge of the local market was clear. He listened and we discussed the flat’s main selling points and how these would be marketed most effectively. I often found when viewing other properties and being shown around by an estate agent (other “larger” companies) they would often not know key facts on the property when asked. This was not the case with Ross and Yates Hellier and I was confident he was able to represent our flat to its best potential. Throughout the process communication was excellent and this was especially true when the flat went to market. Updates were daily via a WhatsApp group from Natalie and Ross, who let us know who had booked in for viewings etc. Our flat when to a closing date only 11 days after going to market and we were delighted to achieve a figure >20% over home report valuation. This has allowed us to move to a property that we previously thought would have been out of reach! I can’t thank Ross and Natalie enough for providing an excellent and professional service with impeccable communication throughout. I would highly recommend Yates Hellier if you are considering selling your property - I’ve already recommended them to friends in work!

Ross and Natalie have been great throughout the entire process. When I was considering options for an estate agent, Ross set himself apart by making valuable suggestions about how to make our property more appealing. When we were ready to go to market, Ross and Natalie got our property on all of the big sites within 4 days. That is including getting the photos done and the marketing material made, including a very stylish video. Once we were on the market we have over 20 viewings in the first 2 weeks. They took time with me, listened to all my grumblings about the other agent and really seemed to take it all onboard. Ross was a brilliant agent. He was open and honest and I felt like I could trust him from our first meeting. He was also incredibly accommodating and took all our personal considerations into account. We had been looking for a bigger place for a while and with his backing we decided to put our flat on the market before finding a new place. This was a considerable risk for us due to time pressures in our family situation, however, Ross helped guide us through the selling and buying process. We were very lucky in the sale of our flat and achieved an amazing price which allowed us to offer on a property which would have previously been out of our budget. I had an excellent experience of both the sale and letting of my property with Yates Hellier. I decided to sell the property after the rental. It had been left in immaculate condition. The marketing material, photos and video they produced were incredibly professional so i decided to talk to Yates Hellier about selling my property. I had previously got in the market leader in Glasgow to give me an estimate. I decided to take a chance on Yates Hellier as I liked everything about them- A young vibrant team and image who are friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel like i was being lied to or forced into anything to get the sale, as i did with the other company. Ross and his team lined up 37 viewings in the very short time it was on the market. He held to his promise that he would get the very best price for my property. The offer way exceeded my expectation. We even decided to go for offer no 2 as the purchaser's were chain free and in a better position than the first offer. This was all driven by recommendation and the diligence relayed around each prospective buyers circumstance was exceptional. Having successfully completing the deal Yates Hellier then delivered a first class service facilitating a mutually beneficial moving arrangement to both myself and the buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to use Yates Hellier in the future. If you are looking to sell your property I strongly advise you to call them and at least have them in for a quote. You will be glad you did.
