Recommendation for YatesHellier

Ross was a brilliant agent. He was open and honest and I felt like I could trust him from our first meeting. He was also incredibly accommodating and took all our personal considerations into account. We had been looking for a bigger place for a while and with his backing we decided to put our flat on the market before finding a new place. This was a considerable risk for us due to time pressures in our family situation, however, Ross helped guide us through the selling and buying process. We were very lucky in the sale of our flat and achieved an amazing price which allowed us to offer on a property which would have previously been out of our budget. I say we were lucky but sometimes you make your own luck and in this case I whole heartedly believe that we would not have been as lucky if we didn’t have Ross taking us through both processes. We are incredibly happy with how things have worked out and have Ross to thank, I cannot recommend YatesHellier highly enough, they were brilliant!

I bought my current home through Yates Hellier and I can honestly say that I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, honestly and local knowledge of the staff. House buying can be a stressful time however I felt completely at ease with the process which was thanks to the excellent service I received from Ross and his team from begining to end. I would highly recommend Yates Hellier and if I'm in the market again I will definitely be in touch witht them to take things forward.

Yates Hellier could not have been more helpful when our 4th yr student daughter had to move into a new rental in the midst of exam season, organised viewings at suitable times, eased the application process and have been super patient with the girls teething problems (user errors!) reassuring to know the team take care of tenants and the property.

I recently sold a flat through Yates Hellier and the process was incredibly smooth. The WhatsApp group was a particularly nice touch as it made communication very easy. I let a property through Yates Hellier between 2021 and 2022. William who dealt with the Viewing and Offer was very accommodating, helpful and professional. Johnny who I dealt with before and after moving in was amazing and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. If you are looking to let a property in Glasgow I would highly recommend to use Yates Hellier compared to the larger firms who when I was initially looking to let didn't come close to matching the service I received from Yates Hellier!

Ross Yates was the estate agent selling the flat that we bought. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. So when it came to selling my father’s flat we turned to Yates Hellier again, and are very glad that we did. Ross was on top of every detail, and the flat sold quickly and for an excellent price. Every aspect of the sale was handled personally by Ross in a professional, knowledgeable and proactive manner, communication was excellent throughout, and Ross worked extremely hard to ensure that the property was marketed to its best advantage. We helped our daughter buy her first flat a few years ago. Yates Hellier and, in particular, Ross, stood out from the other estate agents we met. His knowledge of the areas and flats we viewed with him was always unmatched, and his friendly and professional approach was greatly appreciated. When it came to selling our family home, Ross was the obvious choice. Having not moved for over 30 years, my husband and I appreciated Ross' personal approach. I had the pleasure of renting through Yates Hellier while staying in Glasgow, this lease lasted 18months.
