During the application process our Lettings Negotiator William was very helpful and understanding, answering all queries in a timely manner. I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. Yates and Hellier was recommended to us when we decided to sell our flat. Our flat was not a straightforward sale but Ross was always available to offer his honest advice, which proved to be invaluable to us. We liked the fact that he was very upfront with the buyers and ourselves regarding our flat situation. Selling my flat in the west end of Glasgow was hassle free thanks to Yates Hellier. They arranged for the flat to be marketed within a week of meeting them. I was really impressed by the photos and video taken of the flat and how they dealt with the viewings. They were proactive throughout the sale and ultimately achieved a great price for the flat.

Efficient, helpful, friendly. Great service with a real personal touch. I sold my property recently through Yates Hellier. Reasonable rates, straight talking and a quick and efficient process. I had over 20 viewings within a few weeks of going to market and went to closing date. Great communication with the office staff throughout. They also helped resolve some unexpected issues quickly, and made use of apps which helped me keep up to date and progress things at a time convenient to me. As it happened, the new property I bought was also marketed by Yates Hellier and the team were so quick and willing to help and advise me through the purchase process too. Great standard of service

Yates Hellier dealt with the sale of my late mother's flat. They did a great job throughout - very knowledgeable, very responsive, very diligent, and very easy to deal with. I suspect they had more work to do than they'd expected, due to the number of viewings - but they dealt with it very efficiently. During a sudden cold snap, they called me to ask if they should go round and check the central heating (the flat was empty) to avoid burst pipes - which in itself shows the quality of their client care.
