From the outset, the staff at Yates Hellier provided a friendly, professional and efficient service. Ross had a cool but knowledgeable and professional manner when he first viewed the property we had to sell and this gave us confidence that we had made a wise choice in Yates Hellier. This confidence continued when we spoke with the office staff (Alex, Julie, Lucy) and with Neil who did excellent work with the photography.

As a letting agent representing the landlord, they delivered their job so well to a tenant like me as well. They are responsible to give response efficiently so we always got our issue fixed with a reasonable time frame. They gave detailed report when checked in and very fair. When checked out, they observed meticulously which we found them treat everything so seriously. We were so pleased with their excellent service.

GoogleWe have lived in three different countries and never had seen this level of quality and professionalism coming from an Estate and Letting Agent. We started renting with Yates Hellier a year ago, and ever since the beginning, we have been impressed with the i) thorough inspection report we received and ii) Our property manager (David MacNeill) quick and thoughtful answers to any inquiries. Today we were visited by the maintenance technician (Loman Hellier) and what a pleasant surprise! We were impressed with Loman's high workmanship, eye for detail and professionalism. We definitely recommend Yates Hellier!

I was really impressed with how thorough their communication was with me as a prospective buyer and their proactive approach in arranging and following up on viewings. As a result of this experience and a very positive visit to our property by Ross Yates, demonstrating his local knowledge, we engaged Yates Hellier to sell our flat. GoogleWe recently both bought and sold a house through Yates Hellier. The process was seamless. Ross came and visited us in our property and talked us thoroughly and very informatively through the whole process. Once all details had been agreed we were set up with an individual web link app that linked to both the purchase of our new property and the sale of the old. We decided to do the viewings ourselves and the app showed us each viewing scheduled in time and date order with the names of the viewers so it was really easy to keep op top of them. Again, once the property went to closing the offers submitted were also viewable in the app along with the progress of missives etc. On top of this we also had a WhatsApp group set up between ourselves and Ross and Natalie. Natalie sent us a message each morning with a list of viewers and kept us updated via WhatsApp of any last minute time changes or additional viewings. If we had any questions then we could message, and it was replied to immediately. I could not recommend Yates Hellier highly enough as a very professional company with a great team of staff working both in front and behind the scenes. Their communication and knowledge of the property market is second to none.
