GoogleVery much recommended. In a highly competitive rental market I experienced a frustrating journey applying but being ousted many a time. However YH took particular effort in remaining in contact with me and in the end helped me secure a fine lodging. The care taken by YH is shown by how spick and span their properties are kept (I visited a few!), their onboarding communications and services have been very professional.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat through Yates Hellier and the process was extremely straight forward and stress-free. Ross took us around the flat we viewed and the knowledge and advice he provided for us was really useful. The quality and care provided was something I noticed was not as high compared to other estate agents we had met - I really felt the full team would go the extra mile. If you are looking to purchase/sell property, I would highly recommend using Yates Hellier as your agent. I don't believe there's better on the market!

We stayed in a house over 3 years managed by Yates . Throughout the tenure they were professional and they did great job in making the tenancy great experience. There were always proactive all tenancy requirements like gas inspection, smoke alarms or salmonella.

I was quite apprehensive about the potential stress selling my property would entail, however, both Ross and Natalie's hard work streamlined this process. I was incredibly impressed with how proactive they were in all aspects of the sale from the initial speed at which they got the property on the market to arranging/attending viewings on my behalf.
