I have been with western Lettings for about 4yrs and I can honestly say I have never had. Problem with them. They are very helpful and very professional and so it takes all the worry out of renting out my flat myself. And if the renter has a problem they handle it so professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend this company

We were tenets under Western Lettings for just over 6 months and during this time they were great! We had the unfortunate experience of our boiler breaking down but they had people out to us as soon as practicable and across all our interactions were polite, lovely and professional. GoogleI rented a property from Western Lettings for the last 6 months. Any issues that we had were always quickly resolved. They are very easy to get in touch with and always responded very promptly to any correspondence. All matters regarding signing the lease, deposits and end of tenancy checks were carried out with ease. A great letting agency and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a property.

I was pleased with the service and value to me as a landlord before but tonight they’ve gone above and beyond expectation to help me access our property after a key issue. I contacted the out of hours service and within 2hrs Jack had been back to the office and sorted the problem. Can’t recommend highly enough 👌

GoogleUnfortunately I moved in this place looking for a long term let as the flat was originally advertised for however the landlord decided to end the tenancy early .Given the costs involved to secure this property and vacate it , I cannot confirm that I was happy with my overall experience.
Panagiotis. Thank you for taking the time and leaving feedback. We're really disheartened to see that you haven't been pleased with our service throughout your 7 month tenancy with us. You moved in to one of our properties in December 2020 and from the moment you applied up until you moved in, you advised that it had ‘been a very good experience dealing with Western Lettings so far’. Your landlord stated in December 2020 that he had no intentions of moving back to Glasgow and had planned to rent his property out long term. Unfortunately, at the beginning of June this year, your landlord got in touch to advise that he has had a change in circumstances and was having to relocate to Glasgow for his work which was as big a surprise to him, as it was to us and yourself. We served you your three months’ notice to vacate, and you had until September 2021 to find a new property. We tried our best to help you secure a new property by providing you with a great landlord reference and directing you to our website to see if any of our available properties fitted your needs. Unfortunately, nothing transpired from this, and you found a property elsewhere. I am afraid situations like this are out with our control and as per your tenancy agreement, your landlord has the right to serve notice to move back in, as do you if you wish to leave. I hope you are settling into your new property, and we wish you all the best in the future.

Communication is easy with quick responses. Information about the property and details of any work carried out is provided promptly including photos and invoices. I feel a sense of trust with Western Lettings which I never had with previous management company. The online portal is also great for tracking all documents and certificates

GoogleAfter 4 years of WL managing my property, I would wholly recommend them to a landlord looking for a management service. Their greatest strength is their team in the office who pro actively resolve any issues and who communicate information to you quickly. WL user friendly online portal is also very convenient for staying organised among the mountains of paperwork associated with letting property.
