GoogleI bought my property a year ago and was in a dilemma choosing a letting agent. At last I ended up choosing Western Lettings based on their reviews and their certifications. Without any doubt this is the best decision I ever made. They helped me to quickly renovate the property, bring it to the market and find a tenant. Their landlord portal is one good place to see all your accounts. They reply to emails quick. Overall its been a hassle free service.

GoogleI was a tenant through Western Lettings from November 2016 until April 2018 and they have been wonderful from start to finish. They are thorough and organised and they get things sorted quicker than any agent I've ever rented from. The staff are all lovely and they were fair at the end of my tenancy in regards to deposit deductions....i didn't have any because I returned the flat clean and tidy and with everything still intact or with a suitable replacement. I'm actually sad to leave them, and my new agency has a lot to live up to! Can't recommend enough!

GoogleHaving heard some disaster stories with Glasgow letting companies, I'm very happy to say I had a fantastic experience with Western Lettings so much so we made sure the next property we rented was with them. We had a few problems with our boiler and washing machine at separate times - and they were sorted straight away with the utmost attention. Western Lettings would make sure any problems would get sorted by the landlord and if there was never a quick reply - they'd do their best to have their own guy look at it. I can't thank them enough again and I am excited to go into another contract with them. Thanks Western Lettings!

GoogleBrilliant letting agency. My partner and I rented a property for a year and found them to be very helpful with any issues we had with our property (very minor things). The staff were friendly and quick to respond. I'd recommend them 100%.
