As this was the first time we have sold, this was very important to us. GoogleWe sold our house with Upload Abode and were keen for a quick sale due to time constraints. From the outset everyone we dealt with were answering all our queries in a timely manner and ensuring we were kept up to speed on the viewings and the interest. The quick sale was achieved in no time and again we were kept up to speed at all times with the bids coming in and ensuring the bidders were aware of our requirements of the sale. The full process from start to finish was clear and concise and i wouldn't hesitate in using their service again or recommending to friends/family, as i have done already. Great service all round.

GoogleWe recently sold our home (and bought our new home!) with Upload Abode and would absolutely recommend them to others. From the initial valuation with Paul, it was clear that Upload Abode were not your average estate agent, and we instantly felt that our sale was in safe hands. The team are extremely knowledgeable and professional, while still maintaining the personal touches that made the whole process of buying and selling a lot less stressful. The marketing of our home was phenomenal and this is what, undoubtedly, secured our sale over the quiet Christmas/New Year period. Finally, the communication was second to none. We never felt "out of the loop" and any questions (of which we had many) were answered quickly. We would not hesitate to use Upload Abode again in the future.

GoogleMy experience with upload abode has been amazing Thanks to the marketing strategies, the photos and videos I had 10 viewings within 24 hours. Out of those viewings I received 3 offers which I accepted one of them My property was sold within 3 days much faster than I expected. I would highly recommend this company, they know what they are doing and they get very fast stress free results.. what more can you want?

We didn’t really know where to start but even after our first call with Charlene we knew we made the right choice in choosing them. As a busy professional the WhatsApp chat was amazing for keeping up to day and answering questions as I\'m often unable to take calls. I got an excellent sale price and I\'m sure the outstanding marketing was to thank for that. Even after the sale had been agreed everyone at Upload was great at answering questions and passing on information. I would 100% recommend upload abode if you\'re planning to sell your home.
