We have just completed our sale and move and would highly recommend Upload Abode to anyone wishing to sell their home. Our house was sold in less than a week and our purchase of our new house was managed so carefully by the team. They kept us updated and checked in on us regularly and were always available to answer any questions we had. Their photographer was absolute superb and the 3D rendering of our house was an added bonus we hadn't even thought of before selling, but definitely made a huge difference to our number of viewers! Paul, Charlene and all the team at upload abode have been great when selling our house, from the very first phone call until the house was sold everyone at upload abode has been so friendly and professional. We went on the market a few days before lockdown but we were constantly kept up to date from Paul and Charlene all during lockdown and when viewings were allowed to start our house was sold within 24 hours. They have always been very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The fixed fee is great. I would recommend upload abode to anybody and would use again if I was selling another property. I cannot recommend Upload Abode highly enough. Fantastic service from start to finish. They provide a high-end service, including 3D Virtual Tour, for an extremely competitive price. Upload Abode make excellent use of Social Media when promoting your property and the Whatsapp group chat is a great way to communicate, particularly when my wife and I were at work. Our sale was delayed due to Covid-19 lockdown and Paul and Charlene surpassed our expectations during this time by continuing to communicate with us on a regular basis despite the sale already being agreed. They also helped us to maintain contact with our purchaser during the lockdown period. Our property sold at closing date within 5 days! Fantastic Estate Agency and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Where do I start? Firstly if your thinking of using ANY other estate agent DON'T. The team at upload abode are first class at what they do, our house sold instantly with them and the whole process was made so much easier by there communication which is second to none, anything I asked (which was alot) was never a hassle, everything done very quickly. I have never seen the attention to detail that upload abode put into there listing of your house anywhere else including the virtual tour and soon to be drone. Then comes there fees which in my opinion are excellent and untouched, no hidden charges or surprises. Thanks so much guys if we ever think of selling again we won't hesitate to contact UPLOAD ABODE!!!!

Very positive, professional but friendly service. Brought genuine buyers to view the property, dressed the house beautifully for photos/video. Comes highly recommended. A lovely couple to deal with and they delivered exactly what they promised. Straight forward to deal with. Easy set fee pricing structure and no commission. I paid less by paying up front before the service was received - some may say it was a risk, but it didn't affect the service I received. Professional photos and the 360 degree view of the inside of the house is impressive. They set up a WhatsAp group and through that the communication was consistent and constant. They even replied and kept in touch over the weekend, when necessary. I found them easy to get in touch with by phone too. I recommended to friends just after my house was sold and they had the same experience.
