Amazing Estate Agents! All Staff are so so nice and helpful. The marketing and process that upload abode put in works a treat, our house sold very quickly and it is thanks to them. John Paul was the lovely estate agent who I met first and he came to my house to value it and give me all information I needed which was so helpful. I then met Ciara who took all amazing content of our house for it to go on social media and she was so lovely. I then met Sam who carried out our viewings and she done an amazing job as our property got 3 amazing offers after 1 night of viewings. I was added into a group chat with a few upload abode staff to keep me updated on everything that was going on with the sale which was so helpful and they responded asap when I asked something. I also have spoken to Charlenne on the phone since the viewings and again she was so lovely. I honestly recommend this estate agents to anyone selling or buying a property the work they carry out is exceptional. Thank you for everything.

From the valuation with Paul, to the sale of my property which was handled by Rebecca, it has been as smooth and stress free as is possible. I was kept updated at every point and Rebecca was always on hand if I had any queries. Chiara did a fabulous job with the marketing. The photos and videos definitely showed my property at its best. I visited the office twice and can honestly say all the staff were welcoming and helpful. In fact you feel like the whole team in Upload Abode is working with you to get the best result for you and the purchaser. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Upload Abode to anyone selling their property if they want the personal touch.

Right from the start we’ve had a great experience working with Upload Abode. John Paul was friendly and knowledgeable when he came to visit us. Informed us of the full process and loved the fact that they have a great presence on social media as that seems to be where a lot of potential buyers go. Once we agreed to go with them Ciara came out and took all the pictures. She done an amazing job of making the house look warm and inviting. Once the house was on the market Lynnette provided updates of viewers and was there to help with any questions we had. The whole team were friendly and helpful throughout the whole stage of selling our house. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service from the very first contact. Spoke to Charlene back in November to get the ball rolling getting our house on the market. She was very helpful and got us booked in. Paul came out before Christmas to have the initial chat, he made us feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. We booked our marketing but unfortunately ran into some unforeseen circumstances a few days before it was due to take place, we spoke to the office who got us rearranged a few days later, no problem too big as the saying goes! Ciara and Kacey came out to do our marketing, they were both very pleasant and kind. From that point the team have been in constant contact with us to keep us updated through the rest of the process - from the first coming soon video, to going live on the market. Olivia was a fantastic help organising all of our viewings and following up on Monday to get our offers in and explain the process of accepting an offer and the next steps. We were thrilled with the result and can’t thank the Upload Abode team making it a great, stress free experience, their marketing strategy is second to none! Thank you all again!!!

The whole team at Upload Abode have been brilliant. I originally went to a local estate agent who had the property on the market for 3 months. Although I had recieved offers, it was below home report value. I decided to change estate agents because of how impressed I was with their social media marketing, especially their video reels. They sold a house round the corner from me so I decided to have a chat with Paul who came around. He gave me a realistic idea of what to expect when remarketing a property that's been on for a while. In about 1 week, I got an offer of home repot and then above home report. All went through and completed. Great customer service, great communication. I am a serial complainer at times, but these people are genuinely such a nice bunch of people, all of their team, and they all happen to be very good at their jobs. I highly rate and recommend Upload Abode.

​Loyalty goes both ways with Upload Abode!! ​I first approached Upload Abode four years ago to sell my flat, but unfortunately had to take it off the market after losing my job. When I was finally ready to sell again recently, there was no question about who I’d trust for the move. ​Because I’d paid for marketing previously, they gave me a discount this time around. This was a lovely personal gesture that showed real integrity. Even with the discount, there was absolutely no cutting corners. My property was marketed to its highest potential and the quality was top-tier, in fact just seeing how great my flat looked in the photos, I almost didn't want to sell it 🫣 ​Every single person I dealt with was professional, and you can really feel that they love what they do, which is why they’re so good at it! I also loved the WhatsApp group, it is such a better way to stay in touch instead of endless phone calls or, in my case, constant missed calls 👀. It’s perfect for sharing information quickly and getting even the 'silly' questions answered right away. ​It feels so good to finally complete the journey this time around with a team that truly cares. If you want an agent that combines high-end marketing with a genuine, human approach, look no further!

Secondly I would like to express my disappointment and lack of professionalism in the final hours of the sale of the house. Upload Abode Estate Agents in my opinion, after my experience with 💜 🧱 are at the low end of estate agents. You don’t show the same care and compassion for both parties, the seller and the buyer. I think that is down to lack of experience and maturity in your marketing department. You will always know why your client is selling a house, you will never know the reasons/reason why someone is looking to buy a house and it’s no joke! For example running a competition to see who in the office can guess the highest bidder! The last thing you want to see when you find out you have lost out on a home is a story like this telling of how you keep your staff amused! In my opinion this is something that should be kept within your office environment, not put on as a story on social media. Very unprofessional! As per telephone conversation yesterday Charlene Costello our offer was withdrawn as a result of your lack of compassion and professionalism. I think it’s best yourself and Paul Costello went back to basics and remembered why you started your company up in the first place. Thirdly as an estate agent you are creating a housing market which isn’t there. Your social media tactics I.e emojis and “out of this world 🚀 🪐” captions doesn’t feel appropriate on a professional level. As above as a company you are showing myself as a potential client your lack of experience running a business, you need a more mature strategy in running your business going forward. As you are all for numbers…Fourthly I will also be adding this as a review, if it was possible as a 0️⃣ 🌟 We will NEVER buy/sell a property from yourselves.

When I met Paul at a viewing I knew I wanted him and his team to help me sell my home and I wasn’t disappointed. The whole process was made easy and every single person I have spoken with throughout have been amazing and very professional. From the beginning when I met Orla who done an amazing job with the photographs, videos etc to the WhatsApp group for constant communication between me and the team which in this day and age is a fabulous idea because you get to know them and it makes the process less daunting, you know you always have someone on hand to ask a question. What can I say about Upload Abode other than I will never use another agent again. From the very first time that I spoke with them I’ve been impressed. From the valuation, marketing, viewing process and quick sale I’ve been over the moon. The marketing is what first attracted me to them, they have moved with the times and totally understand what the current market needs and and wants.
