If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We couldn’t be happier with the experience we have had with Upload Abode, from the first interaction with Vikki who made us feel confident with putting our home on the market, within four days our house was sold for a fantastic value. Vikki and the team then saved the day when our first buyer had to pull out, within hours the house was back on the market and we had a number of viewers and offers within 2 days and our was sold again over the course of the weekend. The team at upload abode are experienced, friendly and wonderful to deal with! I would recommend to Upload Abode to everyone.

Had been with a previous estate agent and only had 2 viewers in as many months. Switched to Upload Abode and the vibe was different from the start. I’m a very down to earth person and felt that I could be honest and comfortable when speaking to any of the team, particularly Jodie who has been a real strength to me during this. Paul. Charlene, Vicki all readily available. Talked me though the process and no question was any bother for them. Love the close knit family feel of this company. We have had some laughs along the way which always helps. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough especially if you looking for a personal and friendly approach . Photographs. I switched to Upload Abode from my previous estate agent and it was the best decision i ever made , I phoned and spoke to Paul for an honest opinion and he was professional , knowledgeable and understanding. I used to think an estate agent never really made a different because “they all put it on right move anyway” I was completely wrong they make a huge difference , Upload Abode are amazing in communication and presentation of the property , upon arrival at the property they show confidence in what they are doing instantly, making me feel my home was in good hands, can’t recommend them enough i’v experienced bad estate agents and I lost 2 months of time, effort and money. I am so happy I switched , I sold my property within a week. I will recommend Upload Abode to all my friends and family , the service is 10\/10 I asked for a description of my garage and within 30 minutes they sent an agent to take another photograph and added it with the rest of the pictures , I was really impressed. Where do I start? Cannot thank upload abode enough for all they have done for me over these past few weeks! A stressful time was made so easy by Paul and the team. From first viewing of selling my property Paul assured me he would get me a good price for my 1 bed flat but not only that selling it 4 thousand more than the home report,amazing! Throughout the whole process I’ve been kept constantly up to date in the what’s app group with the team which for a person doing this for the first time I think made this transition a lot less difficult than normal! 5 stars definitely! Paul Charlene Debbie and the team have been so fantastic through our journey. We are delighted with the service we have received with upload abode. We bought a property with them and also chose to then use them to sell our property. Communication throughout the process was made really easy by them creating a WhatsApp group for us where we could get in touch quickly and were kept up to date with developments. We really liked the fact that they used social media to advertise our property as well as Rightmove and Zoopla as we felt it gave our property more exposure to a wider market. Loved that they used different social media platforms to advertise our property. This brought in people from so many different places! First time selling our house and wasn’t quite sure of the process. Paul came to our house and put us and ease straight away and gave us some great advice. I had used other estate agents for viewings and putting offers in for different houses before contacting upload abode and found the lack of organisation and communication very frustrating. When I initially contacted upload abode about my interest in one of their properties it was effortless, we went from viewing the house the day after registering interest to then having our offer accepted 2 days later. I must commend the efforts of Kasey, Olivia and of course our main point of contact Lynette, all three are very pleasent and would promptly get back me about any queries I had about the property or the actual buying process itself as we were first time buyers. We popped into the Uddingston office without an appointment and met with Lynette, who arranged for Paul to come out to the house. We found selling our property a bit of a rollercoaster. We put our flat on the market right after the lifting of the first lockdown. Our property sold for over HR value after just the second viewing. We were over the moon. However, the week prior to us moving the sale of our property fell through. Paul and his team were great and got our property back on the market the same day. They kept us updated and checked in on us regularly and were always available to answer any questions we had. They even put our property on a featured listing on rightmove free of charge for one week. We eventually sold for higher than the original sale. Upload Abode found a buyer for our house in less than 9 days, and we had a formal offer on the 14th day. To put this into perspective, before we bought the house it was on the market for 4 months. From the initial contact to the marketing stage, we were extremely impressed by Paul and Charlene's attention to detail and innovative use of technology to promote the property. We marketed just after lockdown lifted, so it was an uncertain and busy time. Despite this, Paul was very quickly round with his drone to take an amazing video of our house, which was followed by incredibly high quality photography and a virtual tour. The house did look like it does in real life, so buyers can definitely have realistic expectations when booking a viewing; you should get very few timewasters with Upload Abode handling your marketing. Charlene sent us a guide on how to present the house to sell and this helped us immensely. From receiving the offer up to our scheduled completion tomorrow, Charlene has been in constant contact with all of the parties involved in the transaction to ensure that everything was progressing. Charlene was in as much contact with the solicitors as we were to check the status of the sale, and always replied to our WhatsApp messages extremely quickly. It is easy to feel like you are their only customer with this unbelievable level of service which is seldom seen in this industry. If you are thinking of selling your home, don't bother looking anywhere else. Upload Abode have the resources of a large estate agency, but they have the passion and service of a family business (which they are!). Thank you Upload Abode, you really did sell our home like it was your own!
