FacebookI cannot praise these guys enough, the level of customer service you receive is next to none. They are the leading estate agents when it comes to marketing, they really do know what they are doing. For someone like myself, selling a property is like a minefield, they make the process as stress free as possible. They managed to sell my property after only being on the market for 3 days! Incredible team! Would not hesitate to use them in the future if I were to ever consider selling.

Their marketing campaign managed to drum up so much interest in our house before it even went on the market that within a day or two of being on sale we were fully booked for viewings. This lead to us receiving multiple offers and managing to sell our house within a week (for a price way above home report value). FacebookUpload Abode have made the whole process of buying and selling a house completely stress free! We didn't plan on selling our home until we seen our dream home on the market. Within just a few weeks our offer was accepted and ours was on the market. The team at upload abode answered all our questions and reassured us every step of the way. The marketing at upload abode is amazing, the virtual tour is brilliant and I even had friends say to me "oh are you selling through upload abode? I love their Tiktoks" I think in this day and age it's important to utilise social media platforms. I would highly recommend upload abode.

They held my hand on WhatsApp every step of the way, always available for questions, helped with arranging the home report and solicitor too. Love their modern social media system and great photography. Upload Abode fantastic from start to finish always answer calls, questions and provide fantastic advice. No matter who you call in office every member of staff know what stage sale at. GoogleWe sold our house with Upload Abode and were keen for a quick sale due to time constraints. From the outset everyone we dealt with were answering all our queries in a timely manner and ensuring we were kept up to speed on the viewings and the interest. The quick sale was achieved in no time and again we were kept up to speed at all times with the bids coming in and ensuring the bidders were aware of our requirements of the sale. The full process from start to finish was clear and concise and i wouldn't hesitate in using their service again or recommending to friends/family, as i have done already. Great service all round.
