A friend recommended Paul and Charlene to us. From our first meeting with Paul we were sure we had made the right decision. He and Charlene arranged everything from home report to photos and video and filled us with confidence. We even managed to squeeze a few days of advertising on there new digital advertising board in Motherwell before we sold. They explained everything to us and set up a WhatsApp page to allow us to keep in touch day or night or ask any silly questions!! We chose to pay upfront and now we have sold this means something less to worry about. They genuinely sold our house like it was there own and couldn't have done any more. Thanks again guys xx

Paul was recommended to us through a friend when we decided to sell our property. On first contacting Paul he arranged to meet with us at a time that suited our busy work schedule and began planning ahead very quickly. He arranged everything for us and we had very little to do throughout our whole process! The photos of our home for online purposes were beautiful and the 3D video walkthrough was another fantastic selling point for our home. Paul was in contact with us on a regular basis and followed up any potential buyers, keeping us in the loop. We paid for the service up front which, now that our property is sold, is 100% the right way to do it as we do not have any further costs to consider when purchasing our new home. Our home was put up for sale early February which is a hard time to sell understandably but Paul’s professional and hands on approach had our home sold in under two months. I can not recommend Paul and his colleagues enough. Thank you.

Upload Abode sold our house within 36 hours and first viewing! They are a fantastic company. They are nothing like your high street estate agents, they are 100% better. Paul knows this business inside out, no hype, no loud sales pitch but quietly confident as you'd expect from someone who knows what he's doing. Lisa who took the pictures certainly knew how to showcase your house to show it at its best. Paul and Sam were there anytime to answer questions and give advice. Nothing was to much bother. They are certainly worth the price. After our experience I recommend to my mum, who has also sold her house using upload abode!

An excellent service from Upload Abode when selling my property from all involved. Advice and guidance in respect of preparing the property for marketing was spot on. The marketing itself was first class. A totally different way of selling from what I was used to but do efficient and so well presented. They really have this down to a fine art. As soon as it hit the market the viewings came flooding in and sake agreed within a week for over asking price just as they said it would. Communication was superb all the way through and I cannot think of anything negative to say or suggestions for improvement. All in a first class service for a great price. When we were going to sell our home there was no question in our minds we would use Upload Abode. I’ve followed them on social media for a couple of years and it was obvious they know how to sell houses! From my first phone call with Charlene, I knew we were in good hands. She arranged for Paul to come to our house and he explained everything from beginning to end of what we could expect. We were so impressed at the detail put into everything - from setting up a what’s app group to easily communicate, creating an amazing “coming soon” video of our home (which I watched over and over again with sheer excitement!) and the fabulous photos of our home. One week after going on the market we accepted an amazing offer and there’s no doubt this was down to the professionalism and attention to detail from Upload Abode. The team are second to none and a special mention has to go to Fiona who was always at the end of a call or what’s app message to answer, help or offer reassurance. They offer excellent packages with no commission and unlike other estate agents they are open after 5pm and open at the weekend. Also using a professional photographer makes a big difference. I could not recommend upload abode enough. From the very beginning i knew i would not trust anyone else to sell our home. Cannot recommend Upload Abode highly enough. From our first meeting with Paul and throughout the whole process we were kept well informed and they really put our minds at ease as first time sellers. We especially loved the social media ‘coming soon’ feature which meant we already had interest and viewers booked in before the listing was even live, as well as the WhatsApp group for extra convenience. We took the viewings ourselves as was more practical with me working from home full time rather than needing to vacate the property for the many, many viewings ☺️ but we did view another property where Debbie showed us around and found it to be a great experience.

We just completed on the sale of our flat last week after accepting an offer in January. We hit a few problems along the way causing delays but Upload Abode were on hand for advice whenever we needed them. When he first came to value the flat we felt that Paul spent much more time going over the details than some other estate agents we had seen and had all the info and advice we needed to understand the process.
