So I found the house we will be moving to through upload abode. When I called to arrange a viewing and then put an offer in Charlene was super helpful and very prompt at getting back to me. It was a quick turn around for us as the offer was accepted and we then had to put our house up for sale. We decided to go through upload abode, Paul came out and viewed it to start the process, he was really helpful and friendly. Their professionalism, fab communication and going that etc mile to help me sell my house was just amazing, I sold my house in two days. These guys are by far the best... they help u get the best out ur home to showcase it with their helpful advice and professional photos and approach to advertising and marketing. Upload abode have been amazing. Incredibly professional thoughout with a lovely personal touch. Always available if needed. From start to finish a pleasure to deal with. Very reasonable pricing. Marketing was exceptional, the virtual tour was second to none and we received an offer without The house actually being viewed! In addition there is drone coverage to show the property off further. No other estate agent was able to come close to what was offered and received with Upload Abode. I would 100% recommend them to the point of advising “don’t go anywhere else’. There is a reason that they get 5* reviews, they are the Best Estate Agents! From the beginning the service which both Paul and Charlene provided was outstanding, the marketing and communication, they really do have down to a fine art. Hands down the best estate agent we've used. we switched to upload abode from another agent that was severely underperforming and we were not disappointed. Such a modern way of dealing with selling a house, excellent communication and the team will bend over backwards to help you in anyway they can. the group whatsapp chat is an excellent way of keeping in touch. Their flat fee is also very competitive and you know exactly what you have to pay them right from the start unlike others who charge a percentage fee. I can't recommend upload abode highly enough.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough about Upload Abode!! From the very moment we met Paul, My Fiancé and I both knew it was them we wanted to go with to sell our house. We had already had two previous estate agents in before them, but all we got from them was a sales pitch on how they were the best on the market...🙄😏. When speaking to Paul you could tell from the very start that he was proud of his family ran business and that he really enjoyed doing what he was doing, They honestly do have your best interest at heart! And everything they done for us, they done in such a lovely and personal manner. We had fell in love with a house before ours was even on the market, so we wanted a quick sale and for everything to run as quickly as possible, but we were also flying out on holiday in a few days...For two weeks...! This however, was not a problem with Upload Abode because just one day later after speaking to Paul, he was out putting up a coming soon post in our garden and he had booked us in for our home report and professional photos to be taken, before flying out! Then another day or so later we were on Instagram/Facebook getting interest already! While on holiday Charlene & Paul kept in contact with us daily through a whatapp group chat which I thought was a FANTASTIC idea!! (as the biggest problem I feel with other estate agents is lack of communication) But with this group chat it meant my family could also be invited in to in! So everyone was kept updated and in the loop regarding viewings, notes of interest, questions about our property, any phone calls regarding our property we knew about it! You name it!! This meant we could relax on our holiday knowing Upload Abode we’re doing their very best to sell our house for us while we were sipping cocktails on the beach!! We were delighted with how quick they sold our house (within the two weeks of us being on holiday our house was sold), which was amazing!! It took all the stress and stain off us and we finally got the dream house we really wanted! All thanks to Upload Abodes’ amazing work!! We had a complete nightmare of a time getting a move in date, due to our original move in date being pushed back two weeks, on the day of moving out! (which was nothing to do with Upload Abode) But when they heard about this, being the lovely caring business that they are...they offered us professional advice and support on the phone, they even messaged us on the day of our final move in day date, wishing us well and hoping everything went smoothly! They went above and beyond and provided a 10/10 service from start to finish!! Thanks again Paul & Charlene! You are doing such an amazing job!! Excellent communication throughout, particularly at the negotiation stage and as we neared completion. The 3D virtual tour is a game changer and an ultra modern approach to buying and selling which reduces time wasters and really showcases the potential of the property.
