I recently due to changing circumstances had to re-do my will. After a search online I discovered the scheme where you can get your will produced in exchange for charitable donations. I found Thomas Bradley & Co very professional and friendly to work with and the work was carried out to the highest professional standard in a reasonable time

GoogleWhat a horrible company.I went for free will and ended up with them coercing me into get a power of attorney.I cancelled and was to be refunded deposit only after I spoke to a manager who never called.I went to my bank and they took the dispute on and paid me my deposit back so I suggest if that's what has happened ro you I suggest get your bank to deal with them.Very stressful company to deal with

Thomas Bradley Legal literally rescued us from a potential disaster caused by the incompetence of another company after they folded. Their incompetence was that this other firm, which has since folded, had no idea of Scottish law in relation to the service we paid them for. It was Thomas Bradley Legal that came to our rescue, informed us that this other company had folded, that we were no longer covered and never were anyway. Thomas Bradley Legal took on our case and were absolutely fantastic from the very get go. I have zero hesitation in recommending Thomas Bradley Legal, and do indeed recommend them wholeheartedly. Professional yet friendly, knowledgeable, and gave my now wife and I total peace of mind. We will forever be in your debt, and thank you for all you have done.

GoogleStay away from this company, an absolute disgrace, can't communicate with you and when they do can't tell you anything, Free wills not, they charge, still waiting on them clearing my dad's house after 3 months, charged him £418 for what I don't know?? Terrible experience with them, unfortunately I can't give a zero star or I would, if you want your loved ones to be part of your will stay well clear of this company. Not nice at all to speak with either.

GoogleOur house sale wasn't straightforward or quick but Thomas Bradley did everything they could to keep us well informed and chased up buyers and solicitors for us. The service was excellent from Lisa and Kevin. We had a buyer pull out at the last moment and the house was back on the market later that day. Would recommend

Awful experience with them. Took over 2 years to settle my mum's will. Sent 4 different valuations of her estate. Total lack of communication from them. Not responding to emails or returning phone calls. Losing policies which we had to remind them of. Totally incompetent.

GoogleI had a horrendous time with this Company. In February I met with a representative who completed my paperwork for my will. From then till today, when I finally received copies of my will. I had to contact them at every turn. Either, so and so was sick or, so and so was on extended leave. The last few weeks they wouldn't even take my calls. The whole process was a complete and utter shambles. Totally unprofessional and unpleasant from start to finish.
