GoogleI had a home appointment to discuss my will scheduled for today 25th Sept. but alas no show. It would appear I’ve had a lucky escape judging by a lot of reviews. The reason for my no show was apparently the firm doesn’t do home visits to the Orkney islands. I live in a town called Thurso which is definitely part of mainland Britain but you can get a ferry from it to Orkney if so desired! The 2 emails sent confirmed a home visit but unfortunately there was no show due to this firm of solicitors lack of geographical knowledge. AVOID !!

GoogleNot very good service on the whole from this company , I took up and offer at a craft fair for half price wills and power of attorney , wish I had not bothered , the whole saga has been going on for at least a couple of years , had someone come out for us to sign the paperwork and after a long time it occurred to me we had not received the wills , turns out they had been forgot about , and also they had told us to initial instead of sign , also I asked for power of attornies to be sent away and registered and because of another discrepancy the lawyers were paying for this , it had not been done , finally when I called , we had an advisor come out and the papers were signed correctly and we were told they would be out to us ASAP not true I have had to go on again and tell them had they not been sent out I was contacting a director , the wills arrived today. So no I would not recommend them again, I was thinking of using them to put my house in a trust , but after all this will wills and POA s , no way would I trust them .sorry

GoogleAfter updating a will I reconsidered the following day that I was unhappy paying a large fee for nominating a power of attorney. I therefore cancelled it the following day. It took two weeks to recover the money after many many phone calls and emails. The whole experience was most disappointing. The staff were not very professional, ignoring many emails and not returning calls. This company should be avoided at all costs.

GoogleI ve been trying to make a will With thomas bradley & co I have had 3 appointments with them every time On the appointment day they phone up and cancel Excuses like the car has broken down the family illnesses. I've never known Any solicitors like this before? I recommend don't use them. They are a waste of time.

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Vicky and Lisa when selling my mother’s home. They were professional and extremely helpful with the process. Kept me fully informed during each step of the sale and were always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. Their patience and understanding was extremely appreciated in what was a difficult time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleDON'T TRUST THEM! Came to talk about a will, sold us a power of attorney that we didn't need for £480 plus another £240 government fees that you can do yourself on line for just £80 per person! Cancelled the morning after the visit, and over a month later they still haven't refunded me. DON'T LET THEM INTO YOUR HOUSE!

GoogleI contacted Thomas Bradley after seeing their March Wills promotion on Facebook & was called on Tuesday offering an appointment for Wednesday & was very impressed with the service. Stu Watson explained estate planning in great detail & I have already recommended him to a close friend who has also been offered an appointment before the end of March - fabulous !
