Shocking experience. 1.5 yrs to put the trust in place and power of attorney still not in place. Complaint has been mostly ignored and staff handling left on perhaps a sabbatical with no one picking up their work in their absence. 6 months to notice that one signature missing on my documents . They seem to have no internal processes that work or have not got enough staff to deal with the workload. Do not use this company as if something happens to you it may be that your will or trust or power of attorney is not even in place .

I first contacted this company to enquire about getting our wills updated. A representative (was told to remove the name) came out as arranged and we thoroughly discussed our wills and the changes we needed to be made. I also gave him a written list of all points as well as copies of our original wills. As the representative said, I'd made sure it was very straight forward to update our wills as I'd made sure all points were noted for the will writers. We were told that will writing was taking around 4-6 weeks to complete which we said was fine. After around 10 weeks I got in touch for an update and around a week after that I was sent the draft wills. To say that they were inadequate would be an understatement. Most of the information that we'd given them was missing and the information that was there, was incorrect. I contacted them straight away and told them I wasn't happy and could they please amend the wills with the correct information. I was then contacted by someone who apologised for the mistakes, blamed missing information (everything was printed and in the file that was given to them to draft the wills) and said that they now had all the information (I'd had to send it again) and would draft the wills correctly and get them sent out. That was a month ago and I've heard nothing. I've emailed both the person who came to my house and the person who emailed the "apology" and neither has bothered to respond. I then sent a final email to tell them that the way they deal with clients who trust them with important documentation, is farcical and that I'd be getting my wills updated elsewhere. You'd think any company worth their salt would be totally embarrassed by their incompetence and would get in touch with an apology, at the very least. Nope. Not a word from them. It scares me to think that this company is entrusted by people to handle very important and very sensitive information. To us unqualified Joe blogs, all could seem perfectly above board in our documentation, only to find at the worst time (death of a loved one, divorce etc) that incorrect information had been recorded and we are up the creek without a paddle! Do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere. This company will only succeed in failing you as a client.

Steven Bradley was invited to my home to to a free will for myself and my partner . On learning my elderly mother was very ill in hospital. He was quick talking and very confusing told us we needed more than a will we needed a weath plan / POA and trust plan .if I didn't do my will correctly .it could be contested by anyone !! Yes I agree i was stupid . And I was in a vulnerable situation with regards to my mother . That was 11months ago . We have no signed wills . No POA. And a wealth plan on email which has no relevance to my situation. Which I was conned into as didn't understand . The unsigned Wills contain things never asked for and the POA are incorrect. I have tried communicating with them but they are unwilling to address any issues I asked they have my money and don't care I have nothing to show for it

GoogleI have been waiting from 1of may for my will to be completed. I have contacted them several times and it gets blamed on someone being sick. Disappointed is the word as also we have paid 6k in cash for a trust to be delivered too and still nothing since my elderly parents paid in cash out of their own money. There has been no update, nothing from them since they paid up front 2 months ago. We know this is a complicated process, but to hear nothing, not accepatable....I rang them and they just said it was with Beth....no update, nothing. Go to you normal solicitors not these. I will be taking this further through trading standards if this isn't addressed.

I arranged to have my will written at home through the free will writing scheme. My appointment was cancelled at short notice because there was no longer anyone working my area. A couple of months later I was contacted to say they now had someone and a new appointment was made for today at 2pm. As I had not had the pre appointment phone call i was expecting I contacted them only to be told exactly the same story as last time. My friend had taken a day off work to be here with me for the appointment. I asked why no one had told me the appointment had been cancelled and was told that they had tried to call me a couple of times. I said that they could have messaged me at the very least! Instead if I hadn’t called them my will appointment would have just been a ‘no show’. So disappointed in this company.

The lack of care this legal firm has is astounding. After being charged £174 for a "Free Will Service" I thought hopefully I would get my money back quickly. Or even receive said Will. Neither has happened. I sat down to arrange the Will in September 2025 and this is now late June 2026. Their finance team have stopped replying to my emails even though I was told they were going to be arranging the refund. After telling me I MUST RESPOND WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving the draft will I did so quickly and their drafting team said on the 1st of February they'd have a signed copy sent via postal mail. Nothing has arrived. Its clear they ask a lot more from their customers than they are willing to do so themselves. When its their turn to respond they go radio silent. But reading other reviews I can see I'm not the first and absolutely wont be the last to become a victim to their laziness.
