Everyone I have been in contact with at Thomas Bradley has been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and polite.I did start the process for my Will and POA in Dec last year, eight months ago, so it has taken quite a while for things to be finalised but any queries I had was immediately answered.

GoogleReally pleased with the service from Thomas Bradley and Co. We now have wills and power of attorneys drawn up and two charities - Cardiac Risk in the Young and the Big Hearts Foundation - will also benefit from a legacy in the future and our family know clearly our wishes when we are no longer here. Incredibly slow and a constant sales pitch. Had to constantly chase up documents and calls throughout the process. Every contact felt like it was a sales pitch offering different services when i kust wanted them to focus on providing the services I’d paid for! Won’t use them again or recommend.

GoogleI took advantage of the free Will writing service I can honestly say I have never had such good service. They had my Will ready within one week and after I had reviewed my Will the original was sent in 2 days. What a fantastic service. I would highly recommend Thomas Bradley.

GoogleI had a lady visit my address today the 20.06.23 to complete a Will writing service. Although she appeared friendly the appointment was quite rushed and there was no clear explanation in what I was signing and she just seemed eager for me to make a further appointment about trusts . I sent email to cancel further appointments and raise concerns but received no acknowledgement

Helpful staff who gave you loads of time to sort out queries. Nothing was a problem and all was done with a smile. Staff came to our house we didn't travel to their offices all done in the comfort of our home.

GoogleI made an appointment with them last week for someone to come out & do my Will but no-one showed up. I phoned them the next day & gave them the benefit of the doubt & made another appointment for this week & again no-one has shown up! Do NOT use this company as they are unreliable!

He was very well informed, polite and helpful, leading us (my wife and I) through all aspects of Power of attorney, writing wills etc. unfortunately we cannot recall the reps name.
