Have paid full deposit and five instalments on my Trust but still not completed due to the very slow responses from Thomas Bradley company…. Everything takes far too long and vague…. Beginning to wish that I had not bothered…. If they are like this now how will it be when needing to apply the Trust

GoogleTerrible service. They took payment for the creation of a will when they visited to draft it a year ago and I have had nothing since. I've chased 3 times now and still not had any traction. I gave up and asked for a refund over a month ago. Unsurprisingly the communication has been minimal and I haven't received my refund.

GoogleI agree with the comments about coercive sales tactics. High level sales pressure was used on us and I feel like Ive been conned. I didnt even agree to having wills written as I was exploring other options and they have sent an invoice. Im really upset. Unclear, high pressure sales techniques are being used. Im really disappointed. Im not sure I would trust these 5* reviewsqs to whether they are credible or not. Some only have a couple of reviews to their name

Free wills took months to arrive. Also opted for power of attorney and paid full amount up front in May 2023. Have contacted office of the public guardian today (24/06/2024) to discover that the poa documents were not submitted till January 2024, so still about 8 weeks away from completion. Dreadful service and would not recommend this company.

GoogleKevin stepped in at the perfect time to help sell my partners flat. Something I was dreading as you need to put alot in and move fast to stand out In the property market. Kevin said don't worry I'll sort everything. His services were beyond expectation and his prices so reasonable and SO WORTH IT. His professionalism and talent In this industry is no question. He maintained high level of communication every step of the process giving us all peace of mind and could go to work and not be distracted by any stress. The presentation of the property advert on the market really focuses on all it's potentials letting the buyers really see the wow factors. Within 4 working days a deal was done and Kevin still Continues to take care of the rest. Kevin will describe he is a small fish in a big pond in the property business I can assure you he blows it out the water every time ! thank you for being our estate agent and please be ours again for next time. Cant recommend you enough. Thanks a million

GoogleBooked an appointment for today for will after speaking to a rep at Lomond shores. Spoke to Thomas Bradley when I was told that I would receive an email confirmation and a phone call on the morning of the appointment day to confirm timings. I never received any email or call so I called to be told that the chap was on the other phone and he would phone me back. He did call me back to inform me that the agents car had broken down just after I phoned the office. Seems a fairly standard excuse according to the online reviews. They must think I came up the Clyde in a banana boat listening to that excuse. Safe to say I didn't rearrange another appointment!
