We where talked into setting up a trust as we where told that was what suited our needs at a cost of £5994 quick a substantial sum. We were told if we changed our minds there would be no problem on having a refund as long as it was within the 14 days cooling off period. Spoke to friends and realised it was not what we wanted or needed so cancelled a day later and asked for my refund. After numerous phone calls to their office i have finally had my refund two weeks later through my persistent.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. Its late December; we have been waiting since March for a will and POA. Chased up many times. No one cares. Our next step is to contact the Ombudsman. Avoid at all costs!

Visited by their Representative in March. Commissioned a will with Testamentary Trust and Powers of Attorney. I still have not received the documents after many attempts to follow up. No one is interested in my complaint...

Absolutely appalling company..I requested to cancel within the 14day period. No contact . Contacted my bank and requested a refund they did this. Received a call today from this company saying they also paid me the money in March , I had no idea.. said I would check with the bank., they wanted me to pay immediately I said no as I needed to confirm ., they threatened to raise this as an act of fraud., I am appalled and disgusted .. very passive aggressive and threatening towards me .. I will be taking this further.. I only wanted to confirm as this apparent overpayment was in March !!

GoogleAvoid as they do not produce what they state. No money exchanged, so have not lost anything. They are all talk but no action. Never received documents. Far too many excuses given. They do not reply to emails.

GoogleAfter a 3 hour appointment in May, finally received draft Will (31 July). It was full of errors, incorrect names, addresses, executors and wishes. It needs completely rewriting. So disappointed as we had every faith that all the information we had carefully given to their representative would be transferred into the draft wills. Understand it is a free service, we were giving a considerable % of our estate to charities, but the service was totally unacceptable. Would not recommend using this company. Have to wonder if it’s a fishing exercise for investments!
