GoogleAfter a 3 hour appointment in May, finally received draft Will (31 July). It was full of errors, incorrect names, addresses, executors and wishes. It needs completely rewriting. So disappointed as we had every faith that all the information we had carefully given to their representative would be transferred into the draft wills.
Understand it is a free service, we were giving a considerable % of our estate to charities, but the service was totally unacceptable. Would not recommend using this company.
Have to wonder if it’s a fishing exercise for investments!

We asked for Wills, POA and a trust. A year on and we only have 2 wills. We had a telephone call arranged yesterday for competency for our POA. No one called. We are now going down the official complaints procedure. I have checked and this company is regulated. This means that I can complain to the legal ombudsman.

GoogleAfter 2 cancelled appointments by this company and 1 no show without cancellation I've decided they don't want to really work on behalf of charities advertised "Free Wills" donate to charity.
Probably reason for excuses when they cancelled twice and didn't turn up for third as they're not making any money out of it.
I am contacting Macmillan Cancer to advise them of this as they should really use reliable company with honest staff.
This is also going to be spread among my friends and family to stay clear off .....very disgusting way to treat clients .

Came to talk about a will, sold us a Power of Attorney that we didn't need that they changed £480 for plus anothe £240 to pay later. A little online research you can do it yourself on the government website for £240 (three individuals).I cancelled the very next day after their visit now a month later I still haven't had a refundDO NOT TRUST THEM!
