I’ve been a landlord with Tay Letting for over 10 years. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and I’ve never had issues with tenants, long voids or compliance standards. Regular reviews mean you can stay on top of maintenance too. I highly recommend Tay to both tenants and owners, they won’t let you down.

Any issues that have arose have been addressed quickly by Sam, and they have always replied to our enquires in a very timely manor. I would just like advise people that I am annoyed and unhappy with this company’s customer’s service 2nd property I was supposed to be viewing with this company and on the day of the viewing they have cancelled both times. Be very careful of Tay Letting they will claw any money from you that they can When you do the initial inventory make sure to take pictures of not only damage but dust, marks and spiderwebs on windows etc, even take a pic if a mirror is streaky as we had the place cleaner than when we moved in but they will shift out the washing machine to find your dust, and if theres dust on the stuff in the cupboards like the hoover and its still there when you leave, they will charge you, even if you never touched it once Also, dont let them in to do viewings at all until the checkout has been done as they will come in and make a mess and break little things like light bulbs then charge you hundreds for it Terrible money grabbing company They will act all nice when you are there then try and get everything you have, do not trust them
