Dear Tracy, I posted a response several weeks ago asking you to get in touch to discuss why you left this negative review but we have not heard from you. I have now traced your account on our database and can see correspondence to the development from your Property Inspector promoting various service proposals, however I see no recent contact from you directly to anyone in our team expressing concern about service. I can only assume therefore that the post has been left maliciously to try to damage the reputation of Speirs Gumley publicly. As a long established and reputable management company we will always respond to genuine client concerns and look to resolve these amicably however we will also take seriously any attempts to damage our reputation with malicious posts which are without merit.
