Your property manager Lynne was advised by the grounds contractor in September that they had cut back the bush and she contacted you to ensure you were happy with the work done. When you came back to Lynne and explained you felt the bush was still too high, she asked the contractor to reattend. Lynne has since visited the property to inspect the work and feels there is further levelling required. She has instructed the contractor to reattend. Since our management contract is with the building owners and any updates on pending work to be carried out are issued only to them, you may not have been party to all the communications we issued. If you do discover a common repair issue at the development you live at, that needs the Factor’s attention, please refer this to your landlord who can contact us with instructions.
