GoogleGreat letting agent! Been through a few in Glasgow while I was a student and finally found one that's actually decent. Very helpful even from the initial flat viewing, offering to send other flats they were putting on the market to my email even before I became a client incase I didn't get the flat I wanted. They went out their way to help. After getting a flat it was a very quick and smooth process and they have been great at communicating and happy to help with any issues. They use trusted contractors for plumbing and electrical issues so we always deal with familiar faces if we have any issues. One big difference is they don't charge you a fee for your reference, they only cover their own costs unlike a few other letting agents in Glasgow... Over the Christmas period they sent out details on who to contact in an emergency and even gave a personal mobile number for one of the agents for worst case scenarios. Highly recommend!

GoogleShanta Lettings managed 7 of my rental properties and did an excellent job. I found them to be efficient in dealing with any issues that arose. They re-let my flats very quickly avoiding any voids and also made sure I was up to date with the ever-changing health and safety regulations. They were always easy to contact and got back to me very quickly when required. Often even during antisocial hours. My tenants were very pleased with their service also which is important to me. At times there were some major problems with my portfolio and Mark the director went way beyond the call of duty and the fees I was paying to help resolve them. Great agents that take pride in their work and also genuinely care about their clients and tenants.

GoogleMark Shanta has been my landlord for the past 2 years prior to and since starting Shanta Letting. As a student it has been great to have a landlord who is fair, kind and as helpful as Mark. My flatmate and I stayed on in our flat for another year because working with Mark had been so little hassle. He has always kept us fully informed on everything and responded quickly to any messages we have sent. As someone renting a flat for the first time it has been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Shanta Letting to anyone for whom a high standard of customer service and honestly are important. 5 stars!

GoogleI am currently using the services of Shanta Letting after them being recommended to me by a friend and have been extremely satisfied with the whole process of using them so far. From the outset there has been great communication with Mark and I was very impressed with his professionalism when he came to visit our property. From the initial process of valuing the property for the market to getting suitable tenants in, it has been hassle free from my side. The small issues that I have had in the flat regarding maintenance has been dealt with in a very quick manner and also at very reasonable prices, with good feedback throughout. I highly recommend using their services to anybody in the Glasgow area who is looking out at starting off in the Buy to Let industry.

The whole process of renting was made easy and stress-free for us from day 1 and all of our queries were always resolved quickly and efficiently throughout our tenancy. The one small issue we had with the flat was a leak that was resolved within a matter of days. Highly recommended for their excellent customer service and professionalism !

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Josh and Jayne. They are very professional, responsive and kind. 1. The whole moving in and out process was very convenient. 2. I had NO interruptions through out my entire stay of 2 years in Glasgow. 3. Both of the people were very responsive to my requests throughout. 4. I want to say clearly, I was charged (very) minimally from the deposit, much better than expected (based on prior experiences). Of all my rental experiences, this was, by far, the best! Highly recommend Shanta Letting!
