GoogleAs a first time BTL landlord Shanta Letting sourced, refurbished and tenanted a one bedroom property for us in Cathcart. Couldn’t be happier with alround service, which was completely hands off (as we live south of border and have no local knowledge.) The property was reserved within 1 day of being on the market and we are getting the rental yield that we had targeted.

GoogleSold my house via Shanta this year and they were superb: great service, easy to communicate with the team via WhatsApp, excellent photos and videos, and a simple booking system for viewings. All round very happy and would recommend them to anyone looking for a smaller, friendly agent.

GoogleWe use Shanta lettings to manage our property in the Merchant City, and we have been delighted with the service so far. Their process is very smooth and professional and we are very happy with the tenants we have in place. Having had many bad experiences with other letting agents as tenants and as landlords, we can highly recommend this company to either.

GoogleShanta is probably the best agency I’ve dealt with. My partner and I have been staying in the same flat for 3 years and whenever we needed something, Shanta were super quick responding and solving any issue. I would 100% recommend Shanta, they are truly lovely!

GoogleMark Shanta is the letting agent for my landlord, and he was helpful and responsive throughout the entire letting process. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. I am not a Scotland native, and he was quite happy to walk me through any questions I had regarding local law and customs regarding the lease. I strongly recommend his services.

We were quite nervous and overwhelmed by the prospect of it all but they answered all our questions and made it stress free. We sold within 7 days, so it was a quick process. GoogleAs a tenant who has rented from 5 different Glasgow agencies and dealt with many more, I can say without a doubt that Shanta are the best letting agency in Glasgow!! Every member of staff me and my partner interacted with were professional, engaging and friendly - getting inspections wasn't nerve wracking ever, calling or emailing too! Always get a quick response from the agency, even with the list of problems we had with the property we were in. Would absolutely recommend choosing them as your next agency. GoogleAs someone who has rented several flats in the Glasgow area through different agencies, Shanta Letting provided by far the best tenant experience. I found all of the staff incredibly helpful and friendly from the beginning and the application process was very straight forward. Any issues I encountered in the flat were dealt with efficiently and easily. Ending the lease was incredibly stress free and they were very prompt in carrying out the final flat inspection and reimbursing my deposit without any deductions for silly reasons, which I have found to be very rare from past experiences!
