GoogleRented through Shanta and had to leave shortly after due to landlord wanting to sell. Shanta handled this very smoothly and made sure the transition was seamless. They were very prompt whenever I emailed with queries or requests. Very prompt with returning the deposit too. 10/10 experience overall.

GoogleI have never rented my flat out before and had reservations about it all. Shanta have shattered those reservations completely. They are wonderful, they fix problems faster than i could myself and have a great working relationship with the tenants and I. They are honest, direct and trustworthy. GoogleRude, curt and unresponsive regarding follow up emails and telephone call. Not professional, disappointing customer service.
Hi Brian, sorry this was your experience when calling our office. We have had some extremely popular rental properties this week with 3 of them having over 50 enquirers for viewings. With social distancing measures we can only show properties to one viewer at a time in 15 minute intervals meaning that we cap the viewings to 6 people maximum (90 minutes) whereas prior to COVID we would of been able to have an open viewing and invite all along. We also have phones redirected to staffs mobiles at certain points of the day where some staff members have to work from home. Please take this as an explanation and not an excuse if we weren't as responsive to you as we could of been. If you email me mark@shantaresidential.co.uk the time/date of your phonecall I will be able to track where it was diverted to and investigate further as if you feel someone was "curt" to you on the phone then this shouldn't of happened, so we are sorry about that.
