GoogleMark has been an excellent landlord over the past two years in which I have lived in one of his properties, I have found him to be very hardworking and trustworthy. Whenever I have a problem he is always very quick to respond, even if an issue arises during the weekend. Mark takes safety very seriously and ensures that all of his properties meet the standards required by law. Best landlord I've had by far- highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable and in good hands while we rented through Mark, so I highly recommend Shanta as a letting agency. GoogleBeen renting with Shanta for nearly a month now and they have been excellent. Right from asking about properties the whole team have been nothing but helpful and actually made the whole process a lot less stressful. The flat is in really good condition and Mark and his team are really responsive to any issues, getting a plumber out for a minor leak within 24 hrs. Cannot recommend Shanta Letting enough.

GoogleWe sold our flat in Glasgow using Shanta Residential and would highly recommend them. We thought we had a plan about how to sell but Mark politely steered us in another direction which undoubtedly helped us achieve a higher price and a quicker sale. The photographer was very polite, thorough and efficient. The online brochure was then prepared quickly and the flat was on sale in a very short space of time. Lucy was great at keeping us aware of all the times for viewings, rearranging them as necessary and relaying feedback to us. Cadae was particularly excellent when advising us about offers we'd received and how to progress. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, professional and polite. They were always on hand to answer our questions and we really felt we were supported throughout the whole process. I'm told selling a property should have been a very stressful time for us but the team at Shanta really did make it all feel relatively effortless. Many thanks.

GoogleI cannot recommend Shanta highly enough. From my first meeting with Mark to the day of sale everything was so easy, well organised and I felt fully supported the whole way. Mark is so incredibly knowledgable about the property market and was so knowledgable about my area. He is also one of the loveliest people I have ever met and was so friendly and approachable from the get-go. Lucy and Cadae were absolutely phenomenal in being by my side for the whole sale process and in answering my endless questions quickly. It has been a genuine pleasure to meet and work with everyone at Shanta and I recommend them without any reservations for all of your property needs.
