GoogleIts been a very pleasant experience of renting through Northwood for nearly 4 years. Rosalind has made it a very smooth process to getting the apartment contract ready and move in easily. Aimie has provided fantastic support throughout the tenancy and resolved any repair issues quickly. I would highly recommend this agency to future tenants!

Communications for Lettings and property sales also first class, finding a buyer for my property very quickly, and managing the entire process throughout (including arranging a repair and co-ordinating with my insurer). Would certainly use their services again.

GoogleAvoid Northwood letting company. They charged me £240 for a deep clean even though I had clearly done it myself (see photos) When we moved into the flat they had left soiled bedsheets on the beds and various disgusting stains all over the flat walls. GoogleAvoid, they will try and charge illegal non-refundable holding deposit and possibly other fees which are not lawful in Scotland. When challenged on the phone they promptly hung up

GoogleNo call back, get you to the viewing then they hit you with all sorts of charges rather than just tell you when your in the office. Certainly wouldn't recommend.
