GoogleI had a really positive experience with Northwood. The staff were always friendly and quick to respond to issues and at times went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I had an issue with my cleaning company when I moved out and Aimee was so understanding and even went to check the flat on the weekend so that she made sure I got my deposit back. Fully recommend this agency as a tenant and the fact that the place I was living in was rented out in less than a week when I handed in my notice probably means they're pretty good if you're a landlord too :-)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have rented out my property through Northwood for over 10 years and recently used them to sell my property. I don't live in Glasgow anymore and Thomas and the rest of the team have been amazing at managing my property. They have been great at keeping me updated with tenants and issues at the property & any tradesmen they used were quick to solve issues and very reasonably priced. When selling my property Thomas coordinated the clearance of the flat, tradesmen to fix issues, painters, carpet fitters and then the surveyor and all viewings. It made my property sale very easy from a distance and I can't recommend this team highly enough. Very professional and very easy to deal with. Thanks for everything!

I rented my property out with Northwood for over 2 years and the service was great. The team were always at the end of the phone or email and I felt I had open communication channels directly to them which was important. As a first time landlord Northwood offered fantastic advice and I'm pleased to say my flat always had a tenant. I then decided to sell my property and instructed Northwood to deal with this. It was a quick and smooth process and the team, especially Thomas, went above and beyond in the final few days leading up to the exchange date. I would highly recommend Northwood as a letting and estate agent.

GoogleAimee has been a great help during our 4 years stay in Glasgow. She is kind l, attentive, helpful and very understanding. She even came to our house during the winter to drop portable heaters when the unit's central heating failed. They communicate well and not looking for tenant's fault. Highly recommended!

GoogleRacist people , they made up policies to deliver their discrimination behavior ,they said sorry after filling bunch amount of forms and agreement when I came to the office for payment they mentioned something don't exist in their website , so the only explanation is racism because that apology wasn't reasonable at all , I'm not going to let it go , I promise to deliver this behavior to the cabinet secretary in Scot Gov, Horrible with unqualified staff , this is the 1st disappointment I've ever seen since I moved to Glasgow,

GoogleGreat letting agent! I’ve experienced a few different companies around Glasgow and Northwood as been by far the best. Treats their tenants like actual people and are always there if you need a hand with anything. Staff are friendly and they are extremely reasonable with deposit returns which is where I think lots of companies try and sneak extra money out of people.

I can't recommend Northwood highly enough, I have used them for the past 7 yrs to let my property, I live in Australia so it's not easy to manage from there, however the team at Northwood have been fantastic, Isabelle, Patricia, Pamela , Thomas and all the others. They do a fantastic job, keep you informed with excellent communication. We have recently sold our property with Northwood, Keith was greatv explaining the process and I can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Thomas in particular, his customer service, communication and organisational skills are first class. He managed what could have been a difficult process given the distance & time difference etc seamlessly. Thank you all for all your help over the years ... cannot recommend highly enough.

Sold our property through Northwood - a quick & efficient process, dealt with in a professional manner. We would recommend to others. We were well informed about the process at the start (although once we'd agreed to proceed there was a minor lull in communication when we wanted to know next steps). Marketing was effective, leading to multiple viewings within days. Their office on Pollokshaws Rd is well positioned, looks good and staff are all friendly, welcoming and helpful. Northwood were very good at confirming viewings with us, conducting them themselves when required. We felt that Northwood offered us sound advice leading up to the sale, and communicated quickly with us and our solicitor. Their helpfulness continued to the very end when they offered to take receipt of post which we'd forgotten to redirect!
