We sold our home through Northwood and Kyle Robin was an immense help to us through a very troublesome time. Whilst an offer was made and accepted on our property...... disaster struck as the ceiling in the living room caved in through some water damage. Kyle helped us navigate the situatiom finding a contractor to quote/ repair the damage.. I believe he got us through this awful period with his professional knowledge and empathetic character. I have had quite negative experiences with letting agents in the past however would recommend Northwood wholeheartedly, specifically the Glasgow team. Staff are professional and very helpful and good at keeping you in the loop/ addressing things in a timely manner. Never had an issue raising any repairs and they were able to resolve these fairly quickly. Also the staff a few times went out of their way to be helpful and provide good customer service.

I'd highly recommend Northwood Glasgow. We used them to manage our rental property for more than ten years and then engaged their services to sell it. Laterally, Aimee was our main point of contact and we found her to be friendly and kind in her communications while also being super responsive, prompt, and professional in her handling of everything. Over the years, we encountered a range of repairs and replacements all of which were handled promptly and efficiently. We found everyone working here to be pleasant and very accommodating throughout our time as landlords. As our real estate agents Northwood handled the marketing and sale of our property equally as efficiently. We received multiple offers over the home report in relatively quick turn around from the property going on the market. Would highly recommend.

Northwood Glasgow is by far the best Letting Agent I have been with in the UK. Unlike the majority of the agents that rely on non-user friendly contact templates, which take ages resolve issues, Northwood Glasgow will always communicate quickly through emails and telephone and will ensure that any issues are resolved quickly. I recently rented a flat with Northwood and I cannot speak highly enough of Aimee. She was so on the ball and always kept me up to date with everything. From before I moved in until after I moved out she was always quick to reply to emails, answering my many, many questions and passing any information back and forth between myself and the landlord. She made the whole process of moving in and out so easy and she routinely made visits out to the flat to check that everything was okay. Northwood handled the sale of my rental flat in Glasgow. I live in England, and Northwood also managed everything on my behalf after the company I had paid for to manage my flat let me down badly. Northwood arranged for my flat to be cleaned and some repairs to be completed in readiness for going on the market. I would recommend Northwood to both manage a rental property and sell a property. If I could give zero stars I would. All of the service received throughout the tenancy was fine. However as the tenancy came to an end (due to the cost of living being too high) I was treated horribly. I received an email from one of the agents in an awful and condescending tone and was discriminated against due to my physical limitations due to my disability which they were aware of throughout the tenancy. Viewings were held prior to a professional clean (which I had asked the agent to organise as this was easier for me and this was fine) and then I received an email regarding the “unacceptable” state the flat was in; this included photos of marks on the wall that were there prior to us moving in, the apparently stained carpet in the bedroom when in reality it was a cheap CREAM carpet which had been walked on every single day for 3 and a half years and through lockdown where we didn’t leave the flat for the best part of 2 years, so of course this is going to be worn down (they also said that a carpet should last 7 years, perhaps it would last 7 years if it hadn’t been cheap and light coloured) and photos of various places that hadn’t been cleaned even though I had arranged for them to organise the professional clean and was more than happy to pay for a deep clean. Myself and my partner were in my personal opinion good tenants and all this company care about is finding ways to avoid returning your deposit to you.
