GoogleExcellent both as a letting agent and an estate agent. Northwood managed the full sale of my property in a friendly and professional manner, and even co-ordinated repairs & my insurance company when works were required during the sale process. Special mention to Thomas, who kept me updated regularly as all progressed. Would have no hesitation in using their services again. Thank you.

GoogleSpoke to many letting agents over past few weeks. Unfortunately Northwood are not the best. They are a nightmare to get hold off, worse at phoning you back and wasted my afternoon dealing with these amateurs. If you have a property to let I'd strong advise going somewhere more reputable. GoogleAfter booking a train through to Glasgow for a viewing, upon calling the letting agent whilst on my journey through, I am advised the property is no longer available and they'll no longer be able to do the viewing... It would have nice to be informed about this before I'd wasted my time and money.

GoogleNorthwood have managed the letting of my flat for over 12 years and latterly the sale of it. I can’t fault anything in that time. The Northwood team are a pleasure to deal with. Maintenance issues were always resolved promptly due to their extensive connections with local tradespeople and rent payment made on time every month. The sale went smoothly and quickly thanks to their beautiful marketing of the property. Highly recommended 👍🏻

GoogleI had a solid experience with Northwood. Emails and phone calls were responded to quickly and efficiently. Repairs were completed as quickly as was reasonably possible. The property was clean and in good condition. Based on my experience I would recommend working with Northwood.

GoogleWe have been tenants with Northwood for more than 6 months now and we cannot recommend them more. We haven’t experienced any of the nightmare stories that people told us about letting agencies and landlords. Everyone we had been in contact with has been extremely nice and helpful. We had to have a few repairs in the last month and the agency has been amazing at fixing things quickly and efficiently. The amount of communication and consideration to our needs has been incredible. I would especially like to thank our real-estate angels Aimee and Rosalind for all the help and kindness they have given us!

GoogleThey let me a property that was currently in the process of being repossessed because the landlord was not paying her mortgage and then try to get me to stay while they battle it in the courts. They will give the key to your property to a contractor without telling you, who will then enter your property while you are asleep instead of arriving at the agreed time because he, and I quote “Thought I’d chance it”. But Northwood said he was a friend so it’s okay right? Avoid this letting agency like covid 19.

GoogleI’ve been with Northwood for a year and a half now and i’ve had numerous issues with pipes / leaks in my flat. They always get back to me on the same day, usually within the hour and have a contractor out usually within 2. They’ve even been able to get people out to us for emergencies on weekends. Best letting agents i’ve been with in glasgow, absolutely 10/10

GoogleThey seemed majorly fine with communicating until you question why they want certain data, then they go silent. Eg in renting, they wanted guarantor's NI number, work payroll numbers and bank details which all seem unnecessary (and not needed by the company they use for credit checks, HomeLet), so it's all a bit weird and they wouldn't answer why it was needed after 3 attempts at asking. Just something to be wary of, as it certainly made us uneasy, with the information also not being on their website's privacy notice. Plus even though we didn't add the supplementary information, they still passed the forms on to a landlord in the week we were waiting for a response from them, without them having updated us without our prompting. Not a fun experience when you're searching for a property in a pandemic.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGreat agency with professional staff. I rented through Northwood for a year and they were friendly and fair throughout the entire process. When I had to extend the lease halfway through I had a mixup my end (thought I'd be moving then had to stay) which was no problem for the staff. The final survey was fair and transparent so there was no nasty surprise with the deposit, which was processed in less than 2 weeks. If I was to rent again this would be the first place I'd look.
