GoogleUsed martin & co for more than 25 years now. We have a number of properties that are all fully managed through them. The team keeps me informed and sends me updates when I need them. When we have had an issue, the team let me know and make sure it is resolve quickly.

GoogleVery frustrating experience. Attempted to purchase a property but due to late reply and not answering emails I lost it to another bidder. The excuse of "being out of the office" wasn't acceptable as on more occasion I had to wait over 24 hours for a property I knew would be attracting a lot of attention. I was informed that I would be informed as soon as they had the answers to my questions, but seeing as every time I called up they had the answer to my question, it was clear they didn't see it as a matter of urgency. After explaining my frustration about said events there was no apology or adequate explanation. Would not recommend at all.

The Trusted AgentRental experience
Martin & Co were great to deal with throughout the rental period. They were flexible and very easy to work with and were open minded throughout the process. A slight drawback relates to communication/providing updates, but when I followed up on these occasions the office were very responsive and dealt with any queries very well. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable of the relevant processes and market and most of all very approachable and cooperative. The exit process regarding check out and deposit return was smooth and hassle free. I would work with the team again in future.

Dear Harry, I’m sorry to hear you have had a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention so that I can clarify this to you. As this was a tenancy changeover, the agreement amongst yourselves was for the new tenant to pay your share of the deposit directly to yourself. You, being the lead tenant were emailed by the SDS for the deposit to be transferred over to the new tenancy, which you approved at the time. If the new tenant hasn’t paid you the share of your deposit, I can approach to the tenant as we have communication thread to remind her the agreement, if you are not satisfied with the outcome please get in touch with our Martin & Co Glasgow West End Branch.
