i have been renting my property in the West End of Glasgow for a number of years and i have to say the service i have received from Naz and the team has been excellent. i recently had a problem with a tenant recently who fell into arrears and caused some damage to the property when the tenant vacated. Thankfully all the arrears were recovered by the branch and all the issues resolved expertly by the team at the West End office.

From the very beginning, their customer service was appalling, showing a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for my concerns. Not only did they fail to provide any helpful assistance, but their attitude towards me bordered on outright hostility. But that's not the worst of it.
