GoogleI used KPM for my first experience as a landlord. The company was recommended to me by a friend. From the start I found them helpful and professional. I received lots of advice and information about the necessary steps you need to take as a landlord. The property was rented within a couple of days of being advertised and the after care has been excellent. Highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible to get in contact with. Phoned many times during the supposed open hours, never had any answer on the phone, left at least 4 emails to get no reply. Tried for over two weeks to get in contact to view a flat and could find no way of getting in contact. The flat is now under offer and still ad no reply. Horrible for customer responses.

GoogleI experienced a very poor and unprofessional service from KPM. This included a lack of communication from them throughout my tenancy, with my emails left unanswered on multiple occassions. The property was also in an unacceptable condition when I moved in. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get my deposit back. I do not recommend KPM to anyone looking for a smooth tenancy.

GoogleAs an international student, I was worried that the agent might not give back our deposit fully back because some of my friends were like that by having other agents. However, KPM was different, they gave back all our deposit back. And, not only had super satisfied service but also made us couldn't be happy more. If I got a chance I'll definitely choose KPM again.

Their maintenance team is responding and they are taking care of all the required maintenance. I had recommended and i'll recommend my other friends to let properties through KMP.
