GoogleI have been with kpm for 2 years now and have never had any issues. The start up and end of the tenancy was all very smooth. They have always been willing to help myself and my flatmates with anything that we needed. Nathaniel has been great at helping us with very quick maintenance any time we have encountered an issue. Chris has been especially helpful during my time as a tenant, he has always been quick to respond and has really put some effort into making sure we enjoyed our time with kpm.

GoogleNot exactly a direct issue but they use homelet to do your referencing and despite offering substantial evidence of regular rent payments, bills etc and further evidence of current situation they dont want to know. Completely judged on my past without even taking into consideration whatsoever of my current situation. Were very quick to then refuse the let but judging by reviews ive read ive dodged a bullet. GoogleVery poor communication, not answering phones and not replying to emails. Flat was not cleaned before occupancy, appliances broken, blood stained mattresses and a truly awful experience. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

GoogleI arranged an afternoon viewing with KPM, as I work outside Glasgow I took the afternoon off work and drove into the city to view the property. After waiting at the doorstep for 10 minutes I called KPM to see where their agent was only to find out that the property was no longer available. This really was a major inconvenience that could have been easily avoided with a phone call. I'm planning on buying property in the next year and I will definitely avoid a company like this that shows such contempt for its' customers time.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleThis is actually an experience my sister had. It was her first flat, and to be fair to the estate agent with her, they really showed it off: good looking place, town centre location, really cheap price. But after a while living there, she would hear scratching in the walls, then one night found a new hole in her kitchen and something scurrying. Turns out there were rats living in the crawl space just above her flat. Tried to contact KPM via email and phone with no response. She did the best she could to sort out the problem, but pest control said they couldn’t do anything to properly finish off the job without getting access to the flat above first, which was unoccupied. Tried to contact KPM again, with the same luck as before. By this point, the sounds of the rats at night kept freaking out my sister, and by the time KPM got back to her original email, she had already cancelled the tenancy. Hi Charlie, I am disappointed to read your negative review. I have had a look and can see that your sister reported the rat problem with us on a Saturday. Unfortunately pest control was unable to go out during the weekend, so KPM Promptly sent a contractor to go and cover up the hole same day. KPM then arranged pest control to go out that week to go and carry out treatment. Unfortunately with Covid, there has been a delay with getting jobs booked in which is why it took a week to get booked in. This does not mean that KPM did not respond. After going back through our email exchanges we can see that we infact responded the same day to get the hole blocked off, and arranged pest control ASAP. When works are carried out in relation to neighbouring properties, there is only so much that we can do without gaining access, which you can understand will be difficult during the pandemic. So to confirm - treatment was promptly carried out in the property once reported, for which we have invoices and job booking orders to confirm if your sister would like this. GoogleI rented a flat from KPM last year with a friend whilst we did our postgrads and was very impressed with the service provided. I was always able to contact them on the phone and all the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I had to move out rather suddenly during the pandemic and, despite me suddenly changing from wanting to sign a single occupancy lease to wanting to leave the property, KPM was very understanding and helpful. They also returned my deposit in full which was a nice change from my last letting agency who squeezed every penny they could out of you! I will definitely look at KPM's website first when flat hunting in Glasgow.

GoogleAs tenants we were very dissatisfied with services provided by KPM Residential. Many home appliances did not work when we moved in - dish washer, washing machine, broken window handle. The flat had not been cleaned properly before we moved in. Window handle fix took 4-5 months. Some things were never fixed - broken boiler timer. It always took very long time to get any serious reply from KPM after issues were reported. It always looked the same, long time no reply, when we sent second message they replied saying they need to consult with landlord. KPM Residential is a company that is only responsive before contract is signed, after all documents are signed and deposit is transferred they don't care much about you. If you are thinking about using their services, think twice. Before you sign contract - check all the home appliances.

GoogleGood overall experience. The initial application process first and the check out later have been quite quick and efficient. In particular the end of tenancy has been made very easily thanks to Chris' guidance who gave me all of the instructions to follow for this procedure. Just a few hiccups during the tenancy but everything has always been solved at the end.

GoogleI have been with KPM for over two years now and am very pleased with the service provided. They have a friendly, customer oriented approach and regularly keep in touch, responding quickly to any requests I have as a landlord, and raising any issues I need to deal with. It is a huge relief to have my property managed by an organisation I can trust, and it has saved me a huge amount of time and hassle.
