Happy to recommend KPM. Trying to find student accommodation at the best of times is not easy, but during the pandemic it is doubly difficult. I had a great experience with KPM. I rented a flat from them for around two years. Any issues with the flat were always sorted quickly and they gave plenty of notice for inspections. The processes of starting and ending the lease were both handled very professionally and efficiently. I would definitely rent from KPM again.

Honestly the worst letting agency I've ever experienced. Won't repair the windows on my flat, doesn't reply to emails and is just totally unresponsive most of the time. When I phone to ask why I can't get a reply I'm brushed off and nothing is done. Avoid them at all costs. They only care when you are breaking the terms of the contract by withholding rent, not when they are breaking contract by not repairing the flat. Inconsistent, uninterested and controlling. Withdrew my offer after confusion over whether the flat was furnished or not. Agent at viewing said it wasn't, tenant had to tell him it was. Unlawfully charged a £650 deposit before referencing, then told I would have to sign the lease before being emailed the inventory.Told to look at the photos on the ad which were not an accurate representation of the furnishings as there was no bed. Promised they would replace the dodgy stained blinds which were stuck in one position. Decided not to leave it to chance. Not impressed. See their response below trying to attack my perfectly legitimate "unsolicited" (who do you actually think you are, KPM?) conversation with previous tenants (at an entirely different viewing) who were more than happy to have an arrangement re the furniture with me but did, luckily, warn me about trying to get the non-operational blinds fixed, not to mention other issues. This negative and irrelevant response serves to reinforce my belief that I chose wisely not to go ahead with either of the properties viewed and have since found a reliable and respectful landlord. Phew!

Awful, awful company. Dire, almost non-existent communication throughout the tenancy, along with several rude, unprofessional and disorganised staff members. Avoid these guys like the plague! Please note that the number of positive reviews is likely due to the fact they treat their tenants with utter contempt - this is certainly a boon for landlords!

In general a fairly good agency - leased a flat with them for over 4 years, and while there were a handful of frustrations (a couple of repairs which went undealt with for a prolonged period of time, a frustrating time when trying to change one of the tenants when the lease came up for renewal), these were resolved and the repair issues in particular were reasonably uncharacteristic. Overall they were fairly good in my experience. The initial application process, and ending the tenancy, were very quick and efficient.

Really unfortunate experience renting with KPM, absolutely the worst letting agency in Glasgow. Would advise anyone to find someone else to manage your property/ rent from. Sent the wrong lease to us with someone else's personal information and continually sent out our personal informaiton to the wrong email address even after informing them multiple times. They allow slum landlords to rent out flats. I lived in a flat that .shower didnt work properly, had no presure, that i could hardly wash my hair. .The tolite never flushed properly. .The windows were still single glazing and some wouldent even open. .We were infested with cockroaches and had bed bugs. .The heating system was seriously out of date and it seemed like they never really heated the flat. .I was left to pay £180 for a Plummer to fix my toilet because the landlord refused. .the cooker was needing updated. . Also one after noon i had people come round to view the flat. I had just given birth, and was napping with the baby, so as you can imagine i was horrifed when i felt forced to let them in and view my horrifically messy flat. I can not simply recommend this company to anyone. Even after all these complaints they were still happy to rent his flat out agian to another unsuspecting victim. Also i never even got my full deposit....

He has compiled an excellent team under him, who are prompt, courteous and efficient in dealing with any problems which are brought to their attention. I am simply delighted with the service received over the years. The properties are well maintained and let out timely and rarely there has been a week vacant in between new tenants. I have recommended KPM to many of my friends who have been equally delighted. I wish Kamil and his remarkable team all the best for any future venture they are contemplating.

So my experience was as follows: I had arranged a viewing and was already on my way when they texted me that the viewing would not take place "because the current tenants refused access to the property". While I have of course no way to prove this wrong, it is quite a strange thing, considering it coming from the agency that supposedly manages the building. I tried to text back to find out a bit more and eventually tried to call but no one picked up, anymore. After speaking to friends I found out that this type of excuse is apparently a "common one" with a "certain type of agency"... . So, while not being able to make a strictly objective statement, I subjectively would likely say to: Stay away from those folks.
