Was meant to view a flat with KPM however there were 2 other parties waiting outside the flat at the same time, which is all fair enough as I know that is how some viewing work. We all waited for about 10 minute before one party decided to just leave. Myself and another party waiting for a further fifteen minutes, so we then decided to ring the bell of the flat we were supposed to be viewing. The girl who was still currently in the flat told us that the estate agent from KPM had asked her to just pass on to us that the flat had already been taken by the people who had viewed the flat half an hour before us. The fact KPM had asked someone else to inform us that the flat was already gone and that we would not be getting a viewing is very very poor customer service. KPM did not even email or call to apologise for this, and I had travelling one hour on the train and then got a taxi to the West End of Glasgow for absolutely nothing. I understand that flat viewing can be competitive but to not even be told be by the estate agents that the flat was gone is shocking, especially after I had taken the day off work and travelled through from the Central Belt. My time was wasted and this service was extremely unprofessional. The estate agent was also extremely careless by asking the girl who still lived in the flat to pass on this message and there could have been other people who could have reacted much angrier than I did, and it wasn't even her fault. Shocking service and will never deal with this estate agents again.

As a letting company it's okay, but the maintenance team could be more professional. It took about 3 months of emails and phone calls, some of which were just plainly ignored, to fix the sink, windows and bathroom. The bathroom I ended up having to fix myself again. After almost half a year of promises and excuses to clean windows (which were dirty before we moved in, but the agent said they'd be clean before move in), the guy just said "Well, the agent was wrong. I'll tell him not to say that anymore". TL;DR If it's your only choice, go for it, it's not the worst, but I'd choose some other company.

Appalled ! I moved into a flat recently and as an aged gentleman I found the property to be terrifying in many ways. I arrived on site and was sworn at by drunken roughies. The door didn't shut properly, it was so cold I shivered and nearly fainted and this was for starters. It's infested with beasts of every description and my unsavoury neighbours appear to be criminals. My hair is falling out with the stress. Terrible company, when I phone the manager is never around probably having a long lunch, the lazy git. KPM is a rabid dog in need of extermination ! Winston

Totally unprofessional and unreliable agency. Agreed to have a flat viewing, confirmed twice over the phone but when me and another person showed up to the property, no one was there. Not even mentioning how run down, dirty and unsafe the property was. The property exterior did not match the description on the webpage at all, there was no secure door, broken windows, dirt and animal excrement. Was waiting for an hour, while talking to the people, who lived there, one of them was most likely intoxicated. Yet, they did complain about the property and the poor conditions they lived in. After an hour of wait, I decided to leave as I found that extremely rude and not worth dealing with. KPM also knew I was travelling from Dundee, obviously for nothing and the ticket cost me £37, as well as a loss of a working day. I still want to complain to them personally, yet KPM do not pick up the phone ever since I have tried calling on location asking if someone is coming to the viewing at all. it has been more than two days by now. I believe no one should have this kind of experience, yet, luckily I am not going to risk my own safety, personal belonging security as well as health for a 'bargain' £320 pcm and that is excluding bills and council tax.

Really unfortunate experience renting with KPM, absolutely the worst letting agency in Glasgow. Would advise anyone to find someone else to manage your property/ rent from. Sent the wrong lease to us with someone else's personal information and continually sent out our personal informaiton to the wrong email address even after informing them multiple times. The only good thing about them is their maintance service, those guys are fab!NegativeProfessionalism, Value

Please don’t go with KPM, no matter how desperate you are. It’s amazing how they can offer great service right up until the point you hand over a deposit and rent money, then radio silence when you need them. We lived for months with a broken boiler, they ignored emails, wouldn’t give references and tried to charge us £100 for a lightbulb. I’d rather sleep in a cardboard box under the M8 than take another tenancy with KPM.

Literally dreadful. Absolute crooks. Left us without a fridge for three months, place infested with fleas when we moved in and not dealt with for weeks, every time we phoned about one of these issues we were told "the girl who deals with that is on lunch". Never fixed our dodgy door despite upstairs having been broken into, we spoke to the guy who had done half the job and he said he couldnt finish because they hadn't paid them. Honestly the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with, avoid at all costs.

I am a landlord and own two properties which KPM Residential rent on my behalf. KPM have found me good tenants and I have received my rental income as promised very month. They find tenants quite quickly and their maintenance team is reliable. As they are a big company, it puts off the normal people who would be a pain to receive rent from. This is the major reason I went for them and I am very pleased with the service they offer landlords. Kamil the MD will get involved in any issues you have and gets them dealt with with speed and confidence.

We forward them professional Tenant. They are the worst Letting Agent Company. They give response very coldly for maintenance once you take their property. At the end of tenancy they will attempt every possible way to hog your money. They will inflict charges to retain your deposit. KPM Residential have been a very efficient and reliable agent for my portfolio of flats over the past 7 years. During this time they have taken care of the maintenance and letting of the flats with a minimum of fuss and time in between tenancies. They also vet prospective tenants carefully and check regularly that the properties are being looked after. I have no hesitation in recommending KPM as an attentive and businesslike agent.

Good letting agency overall, i'm staying as a tenant in one of their property for an year or so now. The maintenance team is prompt and helpful but definitely there is scope of improvement in terms of their maintenance vendors/contractors management as some issues keep getting dragged. But overall good, so keep the good work going and hopefully some of the pain areas in maintenance are taken care of.

I stayed in KPM flat in 2011, on Arlington Street in Glasgow. I found their staff to be friendly and the workmen that helped on the maintenance of the flat were effective. The staff conduct themselves in a friendly, relaxed and decent manner. When i left only £4 was deducted from my deposit. This makes a change from the usual intimidating and dishonest manner in which letting agents conduct themselves.
