GoogleUnfortunately KPM were great to start with, but having just taken my flat back and re-done an inventory check, they miscounted for items and wouldn't offer me a single penny in compensation and tried to blame it on the age of the items. Avoid if you're a landlord!

GoogleOur experience with KPM Residential was great. They helped us find a nice property and have managed the property in a really good way. When our washing machine stopped working they send someone over immediately to fix it, and the same for our boiler. Honestly, very good service.

GoogleHey management people, I am a prospective student at UoG and looking to rent out a flat with 2 of my friends. Is it possible for you to help me in striking a great deal with landlords.

GoogleProviding unsanitary, dangerous property for students and they don't care! When confronted about cockroaches on mattresses and loose electrical fittings etc, they told tenants to leave and "they would find boys to live in it instead". Horrible!
