Successful House Sale

Thanks to Sarah McIntyre and Abby Grigg at DJ Alexander in Edinburgh for their work in helping me sell the family home. Friendly and professional they listened to what I was looking for, dealt with everything quickly and without fuss and kept me informed at every stage in the process. Ashleigh on reception was a friendly first point of contact. A positive outcome and a positive experience.

Superb property management

Juanita Cappilati has been exceptional throughout, with her happy and advice with regards to the change over between tenants in my property. Her advice and feedback, as to how to improve the interior and exterior of the property, as well as many tips & tricks was very helpful and useful to me. It certainly ensured that a tenant was found very quickly, as soon as the property was put back onto the portal again. Very professional and excellent to deal with

Just like many other suggestions, avoid like the plague, shockingly poor due diligence for their check out and check in reports. Tried to send me an over bloated cleaning invoice for a near spotless flat in which I now have to go to ADR to dispute, even their rebuttal in that adr was comical, low intelligence, lacklustre and they’re clearly just trying to squeeze tenants for every single penny.

I want to make a special shout out to Diane Harte in particular who was very helpful in setting up viewing appointments and giving all the information about the property to help make an informed decision. Rental Tenancy Experience - Glasgow

Efficiency, timely-responses and thorough assistance. The team at DJ Alexander has been of immense help throughout the process of renting the property from the moment of submitting the note of interest to what followed it in paperwork and document checks. Special thanks to Gael Mitchell for connecting me and handing over my application to the landlord, and referring me to the application processing team. I would also like to thank Laura Mctaggart for being very prompt in answering my questions and supplying the necessary links to complete the process. Her assistance and efforts in making the process easy to navigate and complete are very appreciated.

Very professional services to tenants

Our previous letting agent was acquired by a new Glasgow branch shortly before our lease ended, so we were concerned about the transition. However, the handover went smoothly, and the check-out services were professional and very efficient, with clear instructions. We received our deposit back within three days of returning the keys. A special thanks to Johan Ross who handled the inventory inspection and related paperwork.

Great experience

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with DJ Alexander assisting us to find and secure our new flat.Natalia Piekarska was a great help in our flat search, assisting us very well despite challenging circumstances surrounding finding a 3 person HMO flat during the busy summer months. The viewing was arranged very efficiently and I found Natalia to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. Any queries were responded to quickly and extra help was always on hand when we needed it.Laura Mctaggart in the applications team was fantastic in letting us know exactly what steps were needed to enable us to sign the lease for the property and get this turned around in a short space of time. Laura was also on hand to provide quick and helpful responses when we had questions.

Outstanding Service!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with DJ Alexander Letting Agents, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Lynsey Burr and Giulia Ceccarelli, who went above and beyond to help me out of a tight spot.On the day of my move, I accidentally left my keys in a bag, which was loaded onto the moving van headed for Edinburgh. To make matters worse, my train was scheduled to reach Edinburgh late at night, which meant I would be stranded outside my new home without a way to get in.In my panic, I reached out to DJ Alexander and was fortunate enough to speak to Lynsey and Giulia. They were incredibly understanding and empathetic and immediately sprang into action to help me out. Despite the late hour, they arranged for a set of keys to be left for me in the drop box, ensuring that I would be able to access my new home upon my arrival in Edinburgh.I am grateful for Lynsey and Giulia's swift and thoughtful response. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a seamless experience, and I am truly thankful for that.I would highly recommend DJ Alexander to anyone in need of letting agents in Edinburgh. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their clients is unparalleled. Thank you once again, Lynsey and Giulia, for your outstanding service!

5* Property Manager

Our Property Manager Asif went above and beyond with our request to keep a dog in our flat. When we originally asked back in September of 2022, the landlord refused our request. However, deciding to be cheeky, we thought we would ask again a year later in August 2023. To our surprise, Asif went beyond what we ever had expected. He corresponded back and forth with the landlord over a period of a week and managed to convince them to allow us to keep a dog in our flat. I really would recommend Asif to anybody thinking of renting from DJ Alexander. Asif has given my partner and I the opportunity to welcome a dog into our lives - which we never thought would be possible as tenants. Leaving a 5 star review for him, with the additional note that if I could leave more, I would.
