GoogleI'm a landlord renting through Countrywide, my tenants unexpectedly gave notice in December 2023. 5 stars to Hannah for arranging a tenant to move in early January, not an easy task in the holiday period! Well done Hannah!

GoogleI had a great experience with Countrywide. The staff is very kind and helpful, the communication with them was easy throughout the whole process (they always answered my questions very quickly; Yvonne, in particular, is an outstanding negotiator) and they did the best to ensure that the process would run smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use their services again.

GoogleIf your a landlord use anther agent. Happily took the monthly management fee.. and allowed the tenant to trash my flat. Utterly derelict in their duties. Cannot fully articulate how much of my time was wasted dealing with the aftermath of their incompetence.

Worth the money for sure, great communications, showed great initiative and took the sting out of the incident. Thank very much

GoogleI have always had a good professional service from Candlesriggs Branch Glasgow. I have rented out my property for a few years now and they have always been attentive to the tenants needs and the Landlords needs. One time we had a very difficult tenant and they managed the tenant extremely well which i was grateful for. i will always use them for future leasing.

They were very professional yet friendly & approachable to deal with, and very thorough also, explaining the whole process step by step, answering any and all of my questions. The went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through as quickly and cleanly as possible. I would definately recommend the Candleriggs Sales team to anyone looking to sell property within the Merchant City area.

GoogleTerrible experience with this agency. I would not advise any sellers to use this agency. Most staff are nice, but other staff result to passive bullying and missuse of power that they have. Not a great experience.

The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous and managed to put my mind at ease knowing that they were on side. At no point did I feel under any pressure or that I was losing control.
