Dear Ryan, following on from our brief exchange I would like to invite you to give us a call at the branch on 0141 292 6262 so that we can ascertain which home it was that your partner rented, and through which branch. I am disappointed to hear of a customer having a bad experience and we are keen to get to the bottom of any issues she might have had so if I can have a little information I will personally undertake to resolve her complaint. We take customer service and compliance incredibly seriously at Countrywide and are heavily regulated to ensure things are done in line with contract and legislation.
