I have reported a repair more the a week ago. Heater in bedroom is not working at all. Megan is dealing with it and she can't give me any answers (as per your email is an urgent report which should be sorted up to 5 working days).It's just a joke being left without heating during winter time. Every day I chase her up but the answer is the same. I'm really disappointed with the service provided by the agency. Wouldn't recommend it at all!!! The way Countrywide is dealing with me is disgusting. There was a water leak reported from bath. I just came back home and the shower has been removed. Is shocking!!!! Shame on you guys.

Do not rent with countrywide!! having been showing a flat that was described as "Fully Furnished", they made us rush into the signing process, threatening us saying if we didn't sign by a certain date and give them the money by then, then the property would be put back on the market and we would lose out. Having rushed into this. and received the keys, we found out the property was absolutely filthy from top to bottom and the flat was NOT "fully Furnished" as described. Having dealt with Rory and Lauren initially, who seemed fine to start although, turned out to have absolutely no knowledge of what they can or cannot do,and referring us to their manager, Grant Muir, who was unsympathetic and backtracked on all their words they had previously told us. An absolute nightmare of a process and horrible staff to deal with! Again, could not stress this more, do not rent with Countrywide!! They have been reported to trading standards!

They do a great service for me as a landlady, very helpful, responsive and professional. I recently worked with Louise, who quickly sourced and referenced my new tenant and was available quickly and politely for lots of queries along the way.
