Worst remortgage I’ve ever experienced and I have conducted dozens in my career. Very rude conveyancers, long time frames and complete lack of consideration. Once they get paid their commission they will leave you hanging high and dry. I hope they go bankrupt for how they dealt with my case. The worst of the worst of the worst.

Took both the estate agent and in-house solicitor options. Well organised and professionally carried out. Only one adverse comment was the presentation of the final cash statement. Although the total charges were basically as expected, the breakdown of individual charges were confusing, especially when compared to the original single value quotation for the estate agent's charges.

Excellent service every time from start to finish. I have used them for almost 20 years. Buying, selling, leasing, their legal department and their financial department. All the staff are very professional and guide you through all the requirements. Nothing is too much bother for them. I know I am in safe hands and everything will be done exactly as it should be.

From the initial contact when valuer came to house and was very friendly, professional and gave value that was spot on. I was kept up to date as people viewed and after only 12 days the house was under offer, the sale went through smoothly and I am extremely impressed with company.

DO NOT USE.... Shocking service, impossible to speak to, they are so outdated that the phone line just rings and cuts you off, no queue system. Dont acknowledge complaints so legal ombudsman has been informed now. Seriously how can a massive banking organisation like Lloyds banking group use these as part of their service.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly team! Expertise and experience was evident when didn’t get given a near by sold price. The photographer was amazing, a lot of time and dedication. And the software for floor plan walk through is very competitive.Finally, in my purchasing experience, communication was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

HORRIFIC SERVICE. Wouldn't use again if someone paid me to! Paperwork indecipherable with no guidance, helpline suppled just rang out for a whole week, spoke to a manager on the phone finally asking for help and she was so angry, rude and patronising. I am currently making a formal complaint about the entire experience.

Absolutely abysmal service and no regard for their client. A simple remortgage process has taken them months, and when emailed (as they will not answer the phone), instead of admitting they dropped the ball and apologising, spend an age composing emails deflecting all blame. Wouldn't wish these lot on my worst enemy.
