Helpful and understanding since I was ill during the sale. I was kept informed fully at each stage and nothing was undertaken with out me being consulted. Working between two of their offices did not hinder the process. They helped with things I should have done but was unable to do.

Was selling my flat through this company. Was quoted a price I agreed to complete sale then invoiced with hundreds of pounds Extra charged. Constantly had to chase them for updates. Was advised they would conduct viewings ended up my wife and I doing this as well. Couldn't find my keys for the buyer. Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all costs you have been warned.

Used them for conveyancing only. Was pretty trouble-free. Did have to hassle them a bit to find out what was happening/not happening when radio-silence ensued. They did make a couple of errors which were rectified. Not really a fan of their secure messaging system - seems a bit over-the-top. Agree with contact issues - phoning never seemed to work but, emails were replied to.

Extremely unhappy with the service.. cost me a lot of money with mortgage payments.. due to them not being efficient in their service. Admitted THEY DID WRONG in not telling me when a payment need to be paid.. but STILL a Director will not compensate me for there failure but acknowledged They were wrong in there service they provided!!!! JOKE!

If I could give Zero stars I would!!! the worst solicitors I have ever deal with, re mortgaged through Natwest back in April, mortgages still not complete even though Natwest released the funds back in June!! none reply to emails, phone calls and Rude staff in the contact centre, they should be struck off!Ive now had to contact the ombudsman service.

I got good, honest and accurate advice from Greig and I'm glad I asked him for help. He had helped me before with a previous mortgage so I knew he could get me a good deal. He went through all the possible mortgages and I got the best I could at this time due to financial circumstances.

Gary at the Inverurie branch (and everyone else there too!) was great helping us to buy our dream property, and cope with unsuccessful previous attempts. Absolutely faultless service and everything explained clearly to someone not familiar with Scottish property law. Icing on the cake was a 9.15am call to say we could get the keys!! We've found our go-too firm for sure.
