TrustpilotConsistently Poor
Pretty consistently poor in all regards. To contact them is very tricky, as phone lines either are not checked or ring through. Email communication is very poor as emails sent are not read or filed leaving cases permanently on hold. I couldn't recommend any aspect of this company at present.

TrustpilotProfessional, efficient and very helpful.
Professional and efficient with a personal touch that made Jennifer, Matt, Rebecca and Sarah a pleasure to work with from start to finish of the sale process. My flat sold in just over a week at a price I'm very happy with. Can't recommend them enough.

TrustpilotSmooth process
Staff kept me informed at all stages of the process. They were very helpful in refering me to excellent tradespeople who helped get the property into the best possible condition for sale. The overall result was a sale at a very favourable price.

TrustpilotReally awful
Awful, they really caused us some stress. I'm sure their personal legal services are fine, but as a free legals provider for TML they are dreadful - everything takes forever, they won't answer the phone or emails, there's no communication or visibility of the process and they're prone to careless mistakes.

GoogleProfessional, knowledgeable, responsive, cost effective and a pleasure to deal with. I really can't fault their service at all.

Couldn't have asked for a smoother more professional process. AC did a great job of selling my property and I got an excellent price. The photographer they use did a great job which helps to sell.

Everyone was very helpful and informative through the whole process of buying my flat, being a first time buyer I was very unsure and anxious of the process but with Aberdein Concidine, it was a breeze.
