GoogleI was quite nervous about approaching a solicitor and mortgage advisor for the first time, but the team here couldn't have been better. Outstanding service from the staff within this company. All the staff were very helpful and patient at all points of contact. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Dreadful service Brisk and unhelpful telephone manner , can’t get you off the phone fast enough. Very slow service ,takes them over a week to acknowledge receipt of a letter , then more time to “ process it “. It’s just a production line , I suspect very few solicitors and mostly admin staff. Never ever again. Avoid.

Same experience as all the other 1 star reviews. Awful company, avoid at all costs. Waste of time and cost me money as they didn’t complete my remortgage on time, despite having 5 months notice! They don’t pick up the phone or respond to emails.

Over 6 months they've been sat on my money now and still no sign of them sending me my check. They are thieves and I will contacting the financial ombudsman and Virgin money due to this. I am having to take my kids to the food bank everyday and they are sat there on over £23k.
