This is the worse ever agency I have been across with. They lack of professionalism and are experts in breach of contract. They gave me misleading information in the beginning, saying that they would carry out regular inspections - they didn't and therefore the flat was trashed (on two separate tenancies). They also did not take an inventory so the amount of deposit i could claim back was reduced well below the damage done. When i challenged them about this Lesley McLaughlin (manager) became very aggressive and defensive. Stay well clear of these crooks.

They were kind enough to fit in a last minute viewing but then failed to show up.. waited 40 minutes and left after repeatedly being told theyd be 2 minutes.. 2nd viewing on another property the agent informed me hed never been in the property before and could not tell me why there where mouse traps present even though he had said when we entered hed be doing viewings all day. Not very impressed. Will not be renting through them

I am a Landlord with 1-2-Let and have also successfully sold a property through their sales department. They have always provided quality tenants and the let properties have never been vacant for long, tenants appear to be already lined up when a lease comes to an end, can't fault them with that side of things. Communications are generally very good and I have had no major issues with 1-2-Let. I can't comment from a tenants point of view but certainly from a Landlord's perspective, i'd highly recommend 1-2-Let

The staff at Bell Grove office were fantastic. Very helpful. The very first flat they showed us was beautiful and it is the one we chose, we fell in love with it immediately. They seem to know exactly what we were looking for, they listened to what we wanted and found the perfect home. I'd like to thank all of them. We were very impatient but they understood and made sure we were kept updated throughout the whole process. Thank you 1-2-let. I'd recommend you everytime.

I’ve used 1-2 let for all things to do with my properties for years, dealing with the manager Louise who always goes above and beyond to help with my properties. If you’re looking for a letting agent that gives a fast response, who will deal with any repairs in a timely manner then I would recommend this letting agent.

Incompetent.Have no processes or handover. Not willing to take liability for their own mistakes. Booked in engineers for Gas inspections, Pat tests and inspections of the property without notification, attitude on staff members is disgusting. This is just as a tenant. Never mind being a landlord to these bunch of shady warlocks. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere.

I decided to rent my flat through 1-2-Let, after speaking with other Agencies, as I found their fees to be competitive and the Director, Lesley McLaughlin, was pleasant, reassuring and helpful. Within two months my flat was tenanted with a lovely couple. The rent is paid into my account promptly every month and the staff in Bellgrove are pleasant and helpful on the very few occasions I have had to call.

Have used 1-2-Let since 2006 for the same flat that I have rented out. Generally, I have found this letting agency to be good and have found repairs to be quickly resolved. I have found Louise to be particularly helpful in this regard. However, there are a couple of services I would like to see improved such as forewarning me when a tenant is moving out and a property inspection being completed every now and again.

This is my first experience of dealing with a rental agency. From 1st point of contact to viewing, follow up and contracts all staff members have been helpful , professional and kept me up to date on progress. They are also the only agency who returned calls - making flat hunting much less stressful than it could have been. I have no hesitation in recommending the team at 1-2-let.
