GoogleUsed this company as a Landlord. Company doesn't answer emails, promises that call you back and doesn't, and generally does not actual manage the property. Complained to the boss in August and still have not had a response as of January. Absolutely awful company. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI have used 1-2-let as letting agents for several years and have always found the team at Bellgrove Street to be very helpful and pro-active whether dealing with tenants or property repair issues. I can always get someone on the phone to discuss matters and they report back promptly.

GoogleWhenever you try contact this company about anything they are absolutely useless. Always say they will speak to someone else about it and get back to you but they never do. Currently owed about £400 from them and it seems unlikely I'll be getting that back
