GoogleI can't complain. They do regular repair checks. the communication via phone is quiet bad but I am used to email communication which I found more flexible. Thank you for a good service.

GoogleVery helpful and friendly staff in Bellgrove office. Paperwork and all relevant documents was prepared perfectly. Dealing with flat issues very fast. So far I'm very happy with service from 1-2 Let.

GoogleTerrible Customer Service, as a company they feel it is acceptable to ignore emails and calls both from landlords and from what i was told tenants. Would advise avoiding.
